Feeling that we are ‘enough’ is about honouring the rightness within you in this moment, and recognizing the wholeness that is always present. And yet for so many, affirmations like “I am enough” can feel hollow or inaccessible. I created this practice to assist you in connecting with a sense of enoughness as a practice of returning to that wholeness, beginning with nervous system regulation for safety and embodied action. I designed this mindfulness practice is designed to help you soften the pressure of striving, to reconnect with a sense of being enough, just as you are. I so appreciate having you here!
