
Work-To-Home Reset | Leaving Work At Work
Leaving Work at Work is a guided meditation designed to help you shift from work mode into home mode. After a full or challenging day, it’s common for tension, thoughts, and emotional residue to follow us beyond the workplace. In this practice, I'll guide you through five simple steps, linked to the five fingers of your hand, to help you notice what remains, release it intentionally, and offer yourself a moment of self-compassion before transitioning into your personal time. You’ll be guided in recognizing emotions, sensing where the day is held in your body, acknowledging lingering thoughts, engaging in a symbolic act of release, and anchoring the practice with a simple memory cue you can return to each day. This meditation is paired with a soft soundscape designed to support relaxation and help your nervous system start to downshift, allowing you to arrive in your personal life with greater presence, calm, and intention.
