The Pause

Whether you journal/write regularly or not, this is a good practice to just take a pause and reflect. Entering the heartspace, and breathing deeply. Take a moment to pause, breathe and reflect into love.

Hi,

So by now you are further along on the path,

The journey to self-empowerment and I'm realizing as I've been doing the work again of the book that there's a place where you might need a pause.

I needed a pause.

So I have developed this guided meditation to support you in pausing and integrating what the work you've done up until now while you're still going to be on your journey.

So if you would join me by just taking a deep breath,

Breathing into that heart space within and allowing that heart to open,

Allowing the mind to soften and another breath,

Breathing into the love that you are within that heart space,

Allowing that love to fill every cell of your body,

Every organ,

Everything with love.

And breathing love,

Allowing it to circulate until you're in a bubble of love that you're generating from yourself.

And so with the next breath just relaxing again,

Knowing that you're safe,

Knowing that everything that's been bubbling and coming up for healing or integration or release is happening for a reason and it's perfect timing,

Absolutely perfect timing.

And because it's perfect timing,

With this next breath I invite you just to pause,

Allowing your thoughts to soften,

Allowing the experience to soften and begin to feel that foundation of empowerment within you regardless of the old wounding that's being peeled away,

Regardless of the scarring,

Regardless of the fear factor or the guilt factor that may be showing up for you.

Just take a moment to pause within and knowing that your empowerment that you're developing on this path,

This journey is for you.

It is a gift you're giving yourself and the foundation of that empowerment is self-love,

Self-respect and kindness.

So just breathing that in,

Allowing yourself to love yourself,

Respect yourself and be kind to yourself in this moment as you pause.

So just take a few more deep breaths.

Very good.

So allow yourself time during the day this week to take a moment to breathe and pause and allow what truth is coming up for healing,

What's being revealed for release or integration.

Just allow it so that you can continue your journey to empowerment and self-love,

Self-respect and loving kindness.

And so it is.
