So this meditation will be about restoring and rejuvenation and peace. Tapping into the peace that is already within ourselves. Start by allowing the mind to soften and releasing everything before this present moment, allowing your heart to open and expand with each breath.

So this morning's meditation is going to be about restoring and rejuvenation and peace.

We're going to tap into the peace that we already are within ourselves.

Okay.

Ah,

So just taking a deep breath just like I did deep deep deep into the belly and just releasing everything before this present moment.

And another deep breath,

Letting the mind soften,

Allowing the heart to open.

And another deep breath into that heart space,

Feeling the love that you are opening and expanding with the breath.

And another breath,

Breathing that love into every cell of your being,

Into your mental system,

Your emotional body,

Your physical body.

Breathing in love and exhaling love.

And as we breathe the love that we are,

That resides within us all the time,

There are other qualities of spirit that live within us all the time.

You don't have to seek outside yourself to bring them to you.

And one of those qualities is peace.

I just keep breathing as I mentioned a couple of things.

So peace is the thing that we already are,

Just like we're already love,

We're already happiness,

We're already freedom.

And in these times of being sequestered,

Maybe doing a lot of research about when is this going to be over,

Keep breathing.

In these times when there is more fear than love,

More fear than peace,

I realize this morning that it was important to tap into the truth of who we all are,

That we're love and peace already.

So just with that awareness,

Allowing it to download into your conscious system,

Open your heart now to the peace that you are.

And I want you to imagine this peace to be just this beautiful blue,

Blue color that is in the center of your being all the time.

And as you see this blue,

Begin to notice and feel that you are actually just floating in a calm sea that's full of all those beautiful blues that the ocean holds.

From a beautiful crystal clear blue to a turquoise to that deep,

Deep blue green.

And just allow yourself a moment or two to rest in this sea,

Floating.

And with each breath,

Breathing that blue essence of peace within you and feeling yourself surrounded by all those colors of blue.

This is peace.

And say that to yourself,

This is peace.

I am peace.

This is peace.

I am peace.

This is peace.

I am peace.

And allow your mental,

Emotional,

And physical bodies to begin to feel that restoration,

That rejuvenation that is so necessary during this time.

This is peace.

And I am peace.

This is peace.

And I am peace.

And feel your entire being just floating in that peace,

In that ocean of peace.

Breathing.

Restoring.

Rejuvenating.

Breathing in.

And letting anything unlike peace just leave your mind,

Your body,

Your heart.

Breathing in.

Until you feel blanketed and filled up to overflowing with the peace that you already are and always have been.

This is peace.

I am peace.

This is peace.

I am peace.

This is peace.

I am peace.

I am peace.

I am peace.

I am peace.

And then taking another breath as you begin to become present to where you are,

The room,

The chair,

The beach you may be sitting on.

Say to yourself,

I am peace.

And today I walk in peace and love.

Wherever I am,

I radiate peace and love.

Wherever I am,

I radiate peace and love.

And breathing yourself back to this time,

This moment,

Right here,

Right now.

Becoming consciously aware of who and what you are this day.

So with that,

Today I radiate love and peace.

And so it is,

Namaste.
