Hello friend,
If you're listening to this it means you have heard the call of being a light leader,
Of being a conduit for that energy that flows through us and being a leader in your life from that light,
From that love that flows within you,
Leading from your inner authority.
So here's a meditation just for you.
Placing your hand on your heart and another hand on your belly,
Take a very deep breath into the heart and into the belly and another deep breath into the heart space and then also into the belly.
Breathing in and exhaling love.
Breathing in love and exhaling love.
I begin to feel that circulation,
Allowing your heart and the breath that fills your belly to circulate within your body.
And now putting your attention on the bottom of your feet,
I invite you to imagine a root system growing from the bottom of your feet down into the center of the earth,
Going all the way down until those roots touch that beautiful pool of golden light within the earth and allow those roots to begin to drink in,
Take in some of that golden light and then begin to breathe that light up through your root system all the way up into the bottom of your feet,
Grounding you,
But feel that golden light moving into your physical body with each breath.
Feel that golden light aligning your chakras at the back,
Going up your spine,
But also filling the cells of your physical body with golden light,
Breathing it up into the hips,
The torso,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Feel your shoulders expanding all the way up into the brain system,
Filling it with golden light,
And then feel that light going through the crown chakra all the way up into the higher energy systems of the universe and feel that light begin to awaken the golden light system that is the highest frequency of source energy and begin to magnetize that golden light,
Breathing it down,
Pulling it toward your etheric,
Your mental,
Emotional,
And physical bodies,
Breathing it in through your crown system,
Feeling that golden light surrounding you like liquid honey,
But also filling you and merging in the center of your being with that golden light of the earth and feel that golden light just begin to multiply within your system.
This is the light that you carry as a light leader.
This is the light that you conduct as a conduit for source energy.
This is the light that you allow to flow through you and radiate out into the collective,
Radiating out onto the planet earth,
Radiating out,
Touching each and every sentient being on this planet,
Just feeling the flow and being in that flow of the golden ray of light,
Breathing in,
Allowing as you exhale again,
That circulation of the golden light that carries a high frequency of love.
This is the Christ consciousness light.
This is the Christ consciousness love that is activating all the light codes within you as you simply breathe and allow and be that conduit as a light leader.
And then again,
Breathing into the center of your being,
Into your heart,
Into your belly,
Allowing this energy to be carried forward in your day through your ability to be that light leader,
To be that conduit for the highest source of all.
Feel your feet fully,
Fully grounded on the earth.
Feel your feet fully,
Fully grounded on the earth.
Feel your body awaken with a renewed enlightened,
Literally energy of love and taking one more breath,
Breathing deeply and fully into the physical body,
The physical plane that you reside in,
Allowing yourself to become present to this moment now.
And when you're ready,
Simply open your eyes,
Being that light leader who leads with love,
Who leads with light.
Who holds the highest vision for humanity.
And so it is.
