Here is a guided meditation.
I'm calling it Light Leader Legacy.
I have been calling light leaders for the last several years to begin to know who they are and why they're here and to become that conduit for spirit to bring and pour through them.
Because I believe all of us have that potential to be a leader of light,
Of love,
And it comes from within.
How I know that is because I come from a long legacy of spiritual beings,
Spiritual practitioners,
Spiritual teachers.
I come from a legacy of light leaders.
So I offer this to you in hopes that you begin to feel into your divine legacy as a light leader here and now.
So let's begin.
Taking a very deep breath and just allowing everything before this present moment to just empty out of your brain,
Empty out of your body,
Out of your lungs on the exhale.
And once again,
Just allowing it to drop so that you may be present right here right now.
And I want you to put your attention on the bottom of your feet and begin to feel your root system going down into the earth so that you are grounded and supported in the 3D.
Allowing that beautiful earth energy to awaken as it moves into your physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And etheric bodies.
Grounding you here and now as we move even deeper into this meditation.
So once again,
Breathing and allowing yourself to relax even further.
Focus on your heart.
This is the place that holds divine wisdom.
This is where you have your inner authority housed.
It resides within you,
Within that heart system that helps you live a physical life,
But also connects you to your spiritual life,
Your soul.
And breathing into it,
Just allow yourself to begin to breathe in love and exhale love,
Breathing in love and exhaling love.
And as you continue to breathe love,
Begin to feel an energetic vibration of love surrounding you and moving into your etheric field so that you are surrounded above and below to the sides,
To the front,
The back.
Everything is filled with this vibration,
This frequency of love,
A high frequency of love.
And just feel that for a moment.
And now we move into an awareness that this field of love is also filled with divine beings,
With celestial beings,
With all who are here to assist you as you lead from your heart,
As you are a light leader.
You don't need to know their names unless you want to.
You don't even need to see them unless you want to,
But they are here to assist.
And in allowing them to assist us,
We circulate love back to them.
They are full of so much love that they want us to have to strengthen our courage,
To strengthen our inner being,
Our inner awareness.
And as we receive that,
We give them the gift of love.
So the circulation,
The reciprocity is ongoing.
But first we have to ask for their loving support.
So with another breath,
Simply relax and ask to be supported,
Not only through the rest of this meditation,
But through your life.
And just begin to feel the loving energy coming from those beings that have been waiting for you to say yes.
Yes,
I would like your support.
Yes,
I am a light leader.
Yes,
I need help in extending my light,
My love,
So that it touches every aspect of my inner life and my outer life.
And just allow yourself to receive for a moment.
And now with the assistance you have asked for and received,
I want you to begin to feel and notice that you are in a beautiful crystalline cylinder.
It surrounds your auric field.
And it is open at the top and yet grounded here on earth.
And within this cylinder,
You are safe.
Within this cylinder,
There is only love.
There is only light.
And now we begin the exploration of your spiritual legacy.
Where have you come from?
What is the intuitive gifts you were given?
Possibly gifts of alchemy,
Possibly gifts of magic,
Possibly gifts that are unknown.
And yet,
Your legacy knows how to utilize them.
Allow yourself to be open.
You might even go back lifetimes,
Gently,
Easily,
With the assistance of all that you've asked for.
To begin to see what your spiritual blueprint is as a light leader.
What is yours to do that comes down the pipeline of your spiritual legacy?
Just allow yourself to listen or feel or touch or see what is yours.
What is yours to continue to assist in elevating humanity and leading from love and light?
These are your spiritual ancestors.
Again,
Having been waiting for you to ask,
What is mine now?
Simply listen.
And don't worry if there are images or signs and symbols or ideas that are floating through.
You will remember them at the end of this meditation.
They will come to you in dreams.
They will come to you in waking moments,
Because you have asked to know what your legacy is as a spiritual being as a light leader.
So just continue to listen with the inner wisdom of your heart.
And know there is no small thing for any light leader to do.
Nothing is too small.
Nothing is too big.
Because we are backed by our spiritual legacy of love and light that has come before us,
Our ancestry,
If you will.
And as we accept our role in this lineage,
We begin to seed the next iteration of light leaders that follow us.
We walk in a never ending,
Infinite line of light,
Infinite frequency of love,
Infinite potential to be the truth of our being,
And to align and assist others in uncovering that for themselves.
That is what light leaders do.
So begin to see,
Feel or notice that your spiritual legacy goes so far back.
Because it's infinite.
And your spiritual legacy goes so far forward.
Because it's infinite.
And you are the gift of love and light this day,
This day,
And every day.
Now you might ask your spiritual legacy line.
What must I know,
In order to be truly the truth of my being?
What must I know?
And just listen.
And knowing,
Accepting,
Receiving consciously or subconsciously all the information that has been given to you today.
Allow it just to sit in your heart.
There's nothing for you to think about,
Except to simply just breathe and be the truth of your being a light leader now.
And so just taking a very deep breath again,
Becoming present to the room you're in the chair,
Your feet on the ground.
Coming fully present into this now moment.
I applaud your willingness to step forward in the truth of your being as the truth of your being.
As a light leader filled with love and light.
I honor you.
And so it is.
