So before I hit record,
I pulled three of my inspirational cards,
Which are affirmations I wrote and worked during a very rough time in my life.
I also have inspirational quotes in there.
So I'm going to read them in the order that I pulled them.
It kind of informs what we'll be meditating on right now.
So the first one is an affirmation.
I look at what I fear and see that it disappears instantly.
I am courageous and strong.
The next one is a quote from Janis Joplin.
Don't compromise yourself.
You are all you've got.
And the third is another affirmation I wrote.
I am one with life.
I am safe at all times.
The world is safe and friendly.
I am at peace with life.
So with everything going on,
It might not feel that the world is safe and friendly for everybody,
For everyone.
It's been fueled by fear.
And then the fear has been covered by anger or sorrow.
And those of us that are light leaders on the planet,
This is a challenging time for us to continue to hold and raise a higher frequency of love.
But that's what we're going to do right now with this meditation is move into a place where we can hold and elevate not only our own conscious awareness,
But lifting up all of the conscious awareness of the planet.
Because when there is one person doing that inner work,
It radiates to everybody.
We are all connected.
I had a conversation this morning with a group of powerful practitioners I work with weekly.
And we talked about Indra's net.
Indra's net,
I believe,
Comes from the Hindu tradition that the world,
The universe is a net,
That at each intersection of the net,
There is a beautiful gemstone,
A beautiful ruby or a sapphire or an emerald.
But it connects all of us in consciousness.
And so what we're going to do is recognize that that net,
That Indra's net,
It's not a linear consciousness.
It's not even necessarily an elevated consciousness.
It's an all-pervasive consciousness.
And it radiates with the energy of love.
And it connects us all to each other in any moment,
In every timeline.
Well,
There is no timelines anymore,
But in every moment.
So let's just drop in and see what happens.
Okay.
So just taking a very deep breath,
Releasing everything that came before this present moment.
And another deep breath,
Allowing the mind to soften and the heart to open.
And then just putting your attention on grounding yourself down into the center of the earth,
Into hollow earth.
And there is this beautiful well,
This beautiful pool that flows through the entire earth that is golden light.
And just begin to feel yourself being filled from Pachamama,
Mother earth,
With golden light,
Breathing it up into your physical body.
Allowing that beautiful golden energy to fill every cell,
Every molecule of your being,
Allow it to fill your mental and emotional bodies with golden light.
And allowing it to fill and strengthen your etheric body,
Breathing that golden light,
Clearing chakras as it moves up your system,
All the way up through the crown chakra,
And all the chakras above that,
Connecting,
Connecting,
Connecting,
Connecting with the consciousness of the one,
That indwelling Christ consciousness,
What I call the divine spark of life.
Feeling that golden light,
Filling all of that and connecting.
And then breathing that light to expand into your aura system.
One feet,
Three feet,
Feeling that golden light just expand into your aura system.
Three feet,
Feeling that golden light just expand further,
Surrounding you in a golden ray of light.
Begin to see yourself floating in this golden light,
Floating in a pond that is filled with golden light,
Allowing yourself to be imbued and embody this light even further.
Allowing anything that no longer works,
Any fear to disappear,
Any anger,
To just have that golden light,
Continue to fill you,
Transmuting it,
Transmuting what was,
Transmuting it,
Transmuting what was,
So that your potential may be seen and known to you.
Allowing yourself to be your full potential.
Now,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Allowing that divine flow of love,
Of Christ consciousness that imbues every particle of this golden light,
Allowing it to flow into you.
And as you breathe,
Your breath then sends that light around the world.
Breathing in and exhaling the divine,
Mystical energy of Christ consciousness that is now in the very molecules of your existence.
Allowing yourself to become present to the wonder of your life,
Allowing yourself to become present to the experience of a higher consciousness with this golden light,
As you are floating in this beautiful pool of golden light.
Of golden light.
And as you step from this pool of golden light,
Notice that that golden ray drips from your body and flows down into the earth.
Returning to Pachamama,
Knowing that this is the circulation of life,
Circulating that golden Christ consciousness and giving it back again,
Knowing that there is no beginning and no end.
Just the circulation and flow of the highest frequency of love.
And as you begin to move forward,
I invite you to step more fully into your potential as a light leader at this time.
Joining with all the other light leaders who are here on the planet,
Holding and multiplying a high frequency of love,
A golden Christ consciousness of love.
Allowing yourself to become present to the wonder of your life,
Allowing yourself to move again from what was into your potential of light here on planet earth.
Into your potential of a high consciousness that transmutes fear,
Anger,
All the stuff that no longer serves humanity as a light leader.
Join with the other light leaders to be creatious and strong,
To be fully yourself.
To be fully yourself.
To know that the world is safe and a friendly place.
Moving into your potential as a light leader,
Allowing this golden ray to ground you and lead you.
Know that you are blanketed in peace,
Peace,
Peace.
And when you breathe consciously radiate out on that Indra's net into all the beautiful gems that are on the net,
This high conscious frequency of golden light,
Golden love,
Golden peace.
And then becoming present right here,
Right now,
With a breath,
Being your full potential as a light leader,
Being that divine ray of golden light and love.
And so it is,
