Ancestral Threads

Ancestry goes deep. With your breath we will look deep into our lineage beyond the people we know. Observe the stream of Connection, and move through your ancestral lineage and ask, where did my limiting beliefs begin?

So I'm going to ask you to again just close your eyes and be willing again I feel lots of energy moving in this circle I'm so grateful to know that there is an infinite presence here with us right now that is orchestrating this collective realignment so just taking a deep breath again into that heart space allowing it to be open and receptive and then breathing and circulating the love that you are and always have been from inception and inception isn't just this lifetime but multiple lifetimes that love that divine spark has always been there so recognizing and knowing that this is where we reside in that heart in that oneness of light and love I want you to pick either your paternal or your maternal father mother side of your ancestry whichever one feels like it's the one that co-created this belief system that you seem to be feeling and experiencing here and now and with a breath just see that lineage you don't even have to know their names anymore but go beyond the people that you know your great-grandparents go beyond it goes way far back just see that stream of connection and as you move backwards through that ancestral lineage ask begin to ask where did this thought form begin this thing that I seem to be clinging to where did it begin where was the wounding or the belief system started where where did it happen take a few moments to just find that beginning and if you can't that's okay that's okay it means it goes back further and that's okay now your linear mind is going to want to ask why maybe you need to know maybe you don't really need to know you might have questions for these ancestors or not but to be open and receptive to allowing this to change within you and therefore within them now I want you to send forgiveness of this lineage however small you can manifest that blame of forgiveness just send that light all the way up forgiving seven generations ten generations however far back it goes just forgiving what occurred accepting that those ancestors did the best they could in the time frame they lived in begin to see that thread that ties you to them ties you to that originating feeling thought belief and now I would like you to send as much love as you can up that lineage through that thread feeling it expand into each generation love love love love love without strings love without ties love beyond measure just sending it all the way up that lineage and now I want you to begin to pull that thread just pull it towards you releasing each and every generation having forgiven having sent love knowing that they are now in that oneness in that wholeness in that light and bring that thread to you and as you begin to gather it I want you to then turn mentally and face the seven generations that come after you whether it's actual children grandchildren whether it's siblings whether it's friends whether it's just humanity's generation that no longer needs that belief system and I want you to hold that thread you've gathered in your hands and begin to see it ignite with a flame beautiful white flame that just burns it all up and notice that there's no ashes because it doesn't exist anymore and I want you to turn to the future generations and begin to just send love love that is free from those encumberments this is the freedom we've been seeking send that freedom down into the future generations send that freedom and release with love to blanket humanity from your heart from the light leader that you are send that love unencumbered without ties beyond measure into the future knowing that you now stand in a flame of freedom and love good very good and then just breathing yourself back into this present moment this time this place this life and when you're ready just open your eyes and so it is namaste
