Morning,
Afternoon,
Evening.
So there's a saying from.
.
.
I think it's Charlotte Joker back off.
Then more widely.
That you can't,
Until you welcome yourself,
You can't welcome others.
So what is it you can't welcome?
Or is it we can't welcome it in ourselves?
If you've got a few minutes later on in the day,
It might be worth just sitting down for.
At Wieden.
What can't I accept?
What can't I welcome in myself?
Is it the.
.
.
I'm Kurt with The Core Worker.
I don't like thinking of myself like that because I'm a nice person.
Just being brutally honest.
Sadness.
Is that pushed away?
Feeling of loneliness?
Is that banished?
Is that frozen out?
You're critical of.
.
.
Instead of getting critical of a good friend.
There's nothing critical about our soap,
Which is just,
To be honest,
Just.
.
.
Right here now.
What's not acceptable,
What's not welcomed.
So what's not welcomed or unacknowledged?
Confess to.
Particularly emotions.
Sadness,
And… Anger.
And turn into ridge,
Like a simian ridge underneath the surface.
Maybe you feel superior to a work colleague.
You put them down a lot.
One of the things I learned from Buddhism is that what comes out of my mouth says more about me.
Than it is about the person I am talking about.
Because there's 8 billion different views of that person.
What comes out of this mouth is a particular view,
And it's not correct.
How can it be correct when there's 8 billion others,
Or the possibility of 8 billion others?
It's just a view.
Which says more about me.
So what in the next 20 minutes can we not accept?
You're welcome.
I prefer the word welcome actually.
Accept.
I've got a little mosquito buzzing round my ear.
I know it wants a little bite.
So it's really a welcoming honor.
And experiential.
There may be some mental acknowledgement,
Oh yeah,
I do,
I am very critical of him,
Yeah.
I do feel a bit superior.
So at least next time we meet that person,
We're okay,
Let's just watch this.
So if you can watch something,
If you can just contain something,
You don't become it.
You take the charge out of it.
And start with the mantra if you wish,
Shareen.
In the first few minutes.
And remember this is a tool you can pick up.
Same as counting the breaths.
So relax with whatever is here That tension in the belly.
That background of uneasiness,
Whatever.
Just checking they're not charging ahead.
In pursuit of some Dream.
If you just joined us.
So meditation on welcoming everything.
Tends to.
Holding in the belly.
The sadness.
The joy.
Sound of the traffic.
Anything that is not welcome.
Go there.
Maybe somebody acted a certain way against you.
Keep thinking about it.
Go beneath the thinking.
Go to the sensations.
What's happening right now?
Just checking that your attitude is relaxed Relax into the body.
Welcome the silence.
Where is the attention right now?
What's happening?
All you do,
Be here moment after moment.
With life as it is.
It's a kind of surrender.
Okay,
That brings the end of the session.
Do what you do.
Thank you guys.
