Welcome to this two-minute break for your brain using relaxation tools.

It's time to arrive here and arrive by inhaling through your nose deeply and all the way down into your belly and then exhaling a full body exhale.

Repeat this.

Relax your jaw,

Relax your tongue,

Soften your eyes,

Scan your body for any areas of tightness or tension,

Areas of heaviness.

Send a message to loosen and relax.

Deep inhale,

Deep exhale.

Mindfully intend that the tension and tightness are draining out of your body and sinking into the earth.

Inhale and exhale,

Honoring the brain,

Honoring the body.
