Welcome to a moment in time.

This is a quick meditation to release stuck energy in your body.

Start by gently moving your body around.

Swing your neck from side to side.

Wiggle your fingers.

Curl your toes.

Take a deep breath in.

Let it out slowly.

You are going to give your body permission to let go of stuck energy.

You are constantly releasing old cells that no longer serve you.

And this energy no longer serves you.

Your body is more than capable of taking care of you.

Of doing all that you need it to do.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Give some space for your body.

Your body that has held on to so much.

Allow it to be free in this moment.

Just for these five minutes.

Let go of everything.

Every organ knows how to function on its own.

You don't have to think about anything or be anywhere but right here.

Right in the now.

Tune into your body.

It's been holding on to a lot.

Give it permission to let go.

Tell it stuck energy you are welcome to leave.

Give yourself the freedom for new energy.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Feel what new energy feels like.

Your body is so vibrant.

So happy.

All your cells are dancing around.

And it's okay you've been stuck.

It's okay to let it go.

Allow your body to feel loose.

You don't have to sit up straight.

You don't have to have the perfect posture.

Just be loose with your body.

Give the space for the stuck energy to leave you.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Enjoy this moment of silence.

It's okay to say goodbye.

It's okay for that energy to no longer be a part of you.

You are so vibrant.

You are on a path of so much more.

Make space for the new energy that is dying to get inside of you.
