Rejuvenate,
Feel energized,
Luscious,
And passionate about life.
I close my eyes and breathe.
I let my breath out at my own pace,
Feeling all the tension in my body dissolve with each exhalation.
I'm here to meet my own flowing energy and allowing it to show me where my true,
Deep,
Real passion lies,
To reveal its glorious depths to me and let me plunge in,
Feel it.
I continue to take deep,
Full breaths,
Feeling the tension between my eyes ease away as the relaxation travels through my face,
Into my jaw and neck,
Anything tight,
Loosening.
I feel my shoulders droop and my chest expand and release as I breathe in and breathe out,
My stomach and abdomen relax and let go.
I feel peaceful,
Ready to daydream.
I imagine that the air and all things around me are subtly moving,
Buzzing with information,
Expressing their inner blueprints.
I feel myself peering closer at the world around me,
This world in my mind,
The energy I'm surrounded by,
Moving in closer and closer until it's as if I can see the links and webs of light and energy that spin between all things,
A glittering web of connections.
Looking ahead of me,
I see how my own light radiates from me,
From this body,
This being,
Into the future,
A winding light I can follow.
And so I begin walking forward,
Following this light of my future unfurling,
Walking into a deep blue-purple,
Like the night sky,
But lit with millions of tiny lights all moving,
As if with a gentle ocean current,
A current that ripples and is real and it feels right to follow it,
It's safe,
Reassuring and beckoning.
As if I'm walking on a path through space itself,
A wide,
Vast path,
Lit with possibilities,
With things in motion,
Things becoming.
I am becoming.
I'm part of this,
This huge,
Brilliant,
Gorgeous,
Creative force rolling forward,
These energies that surround me,
So rich and varied,
So many possibilities,
Directions,
And ways to go more than I ever commonly even think of.
I feel the enormity of it,
How life can offer me so much,
So much more than I ever even think of.
There's a path to anything I can possibly dream up,
And it will be my path,
My own path,
My flow that carries me.
I'm drawn forward joyfully,
I hear the rush of energy around me,
I feel flow in motion,
Things being put into place all around me,
Connections,
Events,
Synchronicities,
It's beautiful.
And I'm in the center of it all,
Where all things in my own life originate.
I'm held,
As if in the hands of God or my higher power source itself,
Cocooned.
And in this place,
It dawns on me I can do anything,
I can be anything.
No one has limited me,
No one has said no,
All the doors are open,
It's me.
How big can I think?
How far will I allow my desires to unfurl in front of me?
All of my prior choices have led me to where I am,
Right here,
Right now.
To this place where I discover and drink in whatever it is that makes me feel passionate,
Alive,
Aligned,
And right on target,
Excited,
And joyful as I move forward to embrace this next thing,
This next stage,
This next part of my life.
I reach my hand into this rainbow of glittering light energy that surrounds me,
Scooping it up,
Feeling it wash gently through my fingers.
And I understand that flow,
This path of unending ease and divine rightness,
Is always taking me toward the easiest,
Most direct path to fulfill my desires.
It wastes no energy,
It knows exactly what to do and how to get there.
So I let go,
Feel myself letting go,
Trusting it,
I trust it,
And I open my heart to it.
I feel like my heart is singing and my flow is responding with incredible joyfulness like angels singing back to me.
I am in total,
Complete partnership with the deepest forces of my life and the universe's source itself.
I am in motion,
Flowing,
And I realize that I am unstoppable.
I may pause,
I may look back or from side to side,
From time to time,
But I am always moving forward along this gorgeous path of least resistance into the rich,
Creative froth of millions of opportunities that my flow is constantly offering up.
I feel energized.
I feel luscious.
I feel ready to reach deep into these energies with passion and clarity.
I feel my flow moving in me and through me.
I sense the areas of my life where my flow is the most alive,
Most active.
Those areas where I already feel passion,
Courage,
Desire,
From which I already receive love and fulfillment.
Now I feel these feelings in every area of my life,
Every area spread wide and far.
Right now,
I task my flow,
I ask with love,
With humility,
With strength,
With passion.
Open the doors to each and every area of my life that needs more of you,
Needs more flow,
And breathe in this source,
This energy,
Blow through and change me,
Align me in all ways to this wondrous,
Wondrous light.
I allow this feeling to settle and taper off even as the imagery fades,
And I discover myself returning to present awareness,
Returning to my body,
To my day.
Even as I return from flow and open my eyes,
Feeling deep excitement and anticipation for what my flow has already begun for me.
