Holding the breath for four,
Exhaling out of the mouth softly,
Slowly on a five count.
I am sitting with the windows open today so the background noise is the sound of the rain.
Let's begin.
Sitting a little taller than you normally would,
Allow for the shoulders to move down towards the floor.
Visualize a beautiful golden string filled with bright light gently pulling you from the crown of the head,
Allowing the body to find a little more length and ease at the same time.
Let's exhale out.
Inhale through the nose,
Hold.
Slow exhale out of the mouth,
Softly.
Inhale through the nose,
Hold.
Slow,

Soft,
Slow exhale out of the mouth.
Inhale through the nose,
Hold.
