Suchana is a registered yoga teacher, who discovered the practice due to an injury. Yoga is not just asana/poses, it is a preparatory for individuals to learn how to connect with our inner self, find balance and your definition of meditation/mindfulness. Through the practice of integrating different modalities, synchronicity of movement and breath we have the ability to live more comfortably and confidently within ourselves.
