Breath exercise: inhale for a 4 count, hold the breath for 4, exhale for 6, and hold the breath for 2 count. Repeating the cycle for about 3 minutes. The breath can be used to help focus and calm the body.

Exhaling out for six,

Holding the breath for two.

And we will be doing this breath in and out through the nose.
