Good morning.
Let's wake up,
Energize,
And prepare for all the gifts of today.
You can choose to dive deep into this meditation lying in bed or sitting in a meditative posture.
Whatever you choose,
Begin by checking into your body.
Is there any discomfort anywhere?
Acknowledge it and be open to becoming aware during or soon after this meditation of any message your body may be giving you.
Let's stimulate every aspect of yourself by focusing on and breathing into the nerve centers along the spine.
These are physically real and many see these regions also contain the chakras of the subtle body.
However you see them,
This meditation will energize various aspects of your being and enhance your awareness and your experience of this day.
Take three deep breaths into the very base of your spine,
Waking up your body with deep gratitude for your vitality and sense of being grounded.
Now rise a bit higher,
Just a few inches below your navel,
Waking up your sensual body.
As you take these three deep breaths,
Affirm,
I am joyful,
Compassionate,
Creative,
And I embrace every aspect of my sensuality.
Raise up to your solar plexus just below your ribcage.
With these three deep breaths,
Affirm,
I cheerfully and confidently use my personal power and have clear boundaries while respecting the boundaries of others.
Breathe into your solar plexus.
Breathe deeply into the center of your chest,
Into your heart.
Remind yourself,
Today I will accept all that comes to me with love.
Breathe love into your chest.
Feeling this love,
Breathe deeply into your throat,
Knowing that on this day,
I will communicate clearly and boldly speak my truth.
Breathe in deeply,
Stimulating your true voice.
Now feel as if you have a nose in the middle of your forehead.
Breathing into this nose,
Wake up your intuition.
Allow awareness of the one thing you can realistically accomplish today that will produce a feeling of fulfillment.
Breathing in to the middle of your forehead,
Become aware.
Rise up to the crown of your head.
Breathing deeply here,
Remind yourself of the unity of all life.
And know that with this understanding,
Magic will come into your day.
Breathe into the crown of your head.
Silently repeat the following affirmations that will enhance this day's experience.
I let go of the past,
I let go of limiting habit patterns and open my mind and heart to the wonders of today.
This day,
I remain open to the flow of intuition and spontaneity.
