This is your time for relaxation,
Reflection,
Positive reinforcement,
As well as a time for healing.
Let's begin by entering into a very deep state of relaxation.
Lie on your back with your arms to the side and your palms up.
Take a few deep breaths,
Relaxing as much as possible.
And we'll now enter into a deeper state of relaxation.
Let's become aware of your toes and feel them drift into this very deep,
Peaceful state of relaxation.
Feel this wave traveling through the soles and heels of the feet,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Relaxed.
This peaceful wave travels through the legs,
Knees,
And upper legs,
Drifting away deeper and deeper.
Now bring awareness to the fingers and let them go.
Palms,
Back of the hands and wrists joining in this very deep,
Restful state.
Your forearms and elbows let go.
Now your upper arms join in,
Deeply relaxed.
Now bring awareness to the pelvis and keep on letting go until there's nothing left to let go of.
The low back and abdomen let go.
The mid back,
Upper back,
And chest drifting away deeper and deeper.
Feel your shoulders melting away also.
All around your neck,
Your chin,
Cheeks,
Tongue,
Nose,
Eyes,
Forehead,
And skin.
And scalp.
All join into this very deep,
Peaceful state of relaxation.
Scan your body,
See if there's any area still holding on to any tension,
And use the power of your mind to let it go.
Now become aware of your breath,
Just observe your breath coming in and going out.
Let your mind wander,
Keep it on the breath.
Now observe your thoughts,
Just watch them as if you're watching another's thoughts.
No judgment,
Don't try to suppress them,
Just observe your thoughts.
Now focus your mind on the sound of my voice,
And in this deeply relaxed state,
You are able to listen to subtle messages your body is giving you.
Let's begin by giving your condition a name.
You can even give it a form and a color.
Allow the identity of your condition to come to you now.
There may just be a great lesson this condition has for you that has been trying to communicate to you the only way that it can.
For the next two minutes,
Create a clear image of your condition and ask what it is attempting to tell you.
Do not attempt to confess.
Now ask,
Is there anything you can do to no longer have this in your life?
Now let go of this image and go even deeper,
Go to that place within you that understands it all and allow a deeper understanding to come of any trauma or past events that may have invited this condition into your life.
Your conscious as well as your subconscious mind have a powerful effect on your body.
With no concern over anatomical correctness,
Any way that you can visualize all your powerful immune cells,
Identifying and neutralizing only what your body no longer needs.
There is an intelligent healing energy in every cell of your body.
Take a few deep breaths now,
Energizing them with your powerful mind.
Now bring into your awareness the trillions of microorganisms in your body,
The beneficial bacteria,
Viruses and spirochetes.
Once again,
Take a few deep breaths and visualize all these microorganisms becoming balanced,
Creating vibrant health within you.
Breathe deep.
Be grateful for your inner wisdom that has or will soon bring conscious awareness of how you can live a vibrant,
Comfortable,
Easy and peaceful life.
Silently repeat the following powerful healing affinations.
I release the past and move forward with ease.
I deserve unconditional love and respect.
I trust the healing abilities of my body,
Mind and spirit.
I have clear boundaries and I am able to clearly communicate them.
I accept love and honor every aspect of myself.
It is safe to express my truth.
I am at ease and I live with vibrant health.

I enjoy nourishing myself with love,

Uplifting social interactions,
As well as time in nature.
Now you can choose to return to your usual level of wakefulness and alertness or drift into a deep,
Healing sleep.
If you choose to awaken,
Feel your body and mind becoming more aware of your surroundings.
Start moving and stretching like you have a body that has been reborn.
If you choose to sleep,
Let the relaxation deepen and know that deep healing and understanding will continue as you sleep.
