Within our bodies we have an energy system that the ancient masters reffered to as the Chakra System. There are primary Chakras when activated can direclty influence our health, wellbeing and intuition. Join Bethany Auriel-Hagel in this meditation, as we aim to activate the Chakras in order to enhance the bodies energy system.

Find yourself a comfortable position for this practice.
Maintain a nice,
Straight back,
Hands on your knees.
Slowly close your eyes and mouth.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and feel a calmness spread throughout your body.
As you breathe out,
Feel all your stress and worries flowing out of your body,
Flowing out of your mind.
With each breath,
Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
Be aware of your body,
Be aware of your presence.
Breathe in the essence of peace.
Feel the coolness spread through your body with each in-going breath.
Feel the calmness taking place with each outgoing breath.
Follow your breath for the next few moments.
With each breath,
Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
You have different layers to your expression,
From the physical body down to the energy body.
The energy body is the animation for the physical body and the most creative body for healing.
To create longevity and vitality,
It is essential to have a harmonious,
Balanced energy body.
Stress can cause energy blockages,
Leading to health issues.
And so we are now going to go through the body's energy centers,
Allowing them to balance and harmonize,
Which promotes a healthy body.
These centers are called chakras.
They contain bioelectrical energy.
Visualize the chakras in the physical body,
Starting from the bottom and ascending up.
First is the root chakra,
Situated in the perineum between the anus and the cervix.
Focus on the root chakra,
Psychic center.
The second chakra,
The sacral chakra,
Is located at the base of the spinal column at the coccyx.
Concentrate on the sacral chakra.
The third center,
The solar plexus chakra,
Is located on the spinal cord at the level of the navel.
The fourth center is the heart chakra,
Situated in the spinal cord directly behind the heart and sternum.
Focus on the heart chakra.
The throat chakra is the fifth energy center and is located in the neck.
Concentrate on your throat chakra.
Third eye chakra is the sixth energy center,
Psychic center,
Located behind the forehead,
The same place as the venial gland in between the eyebrow center.
Concentrate and focus your attention on the third eye chakra by breathing back and forth from the third eye center.
The last energy center is the crown chakra,
Located above the head,
Same position as a halo.
Focus on your crown chakra.
Now as I name each chakra,
Visualize a lotus flower in the position of the chakras and move your attention from one chakra to the next.
Root chakra in the perineum.
Sacral chakra in the spinal base.
Solar plexus chakra behind the navel.
Heart chakra behind the heart.
Throat chakra at the neck.
Third eye chakra behind the eyebrow center.
Crown chakra above the head.
Now bring your attention back to the root chakra,
Moving back up to the sacral chakra,
To the solar plexus chakra,
To the heart chakra,
To the throat chakra.
To the third eye chakra.
And to the crown chakra.
Back down to the third eye chakra.
The throat chakra.
The heart chakra.
The solar plexus chakra.
The sacral chakra.
And the root chakra.
Now draw your breath in from the crown chakra,
Scanning your attention down with your breath all the way to the root chakra.
As you breathe out,
Scan your attention from the root chakra all the way up to the crown chakra.
And ascending and descending your attention with each breath from the crown to the root and back again.
Continue this practice,
Ascending and descending your attention with each breath from the crown to the root,
From the root to the crown and again.
And ascending and descending your attention with each breath from the crown to the root.
And back down to the third eye chakra.
The crown chakra.
The crown chakra.
And back down to the fourth eye chakra.
The crown chakra.
And back down to the fifth eye chakra.
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Just allow your natural,
Harmonious breath to take place.
And follow your breath with the rest of this practice.

What a beautiful chakra practice I feel open and cleansed and ready to start my day and receive messages! It was so easy to visualize the chakras I know some practices it's harder for me and they go too fast however you've allowed the proper time and then some for me to visualize and balance and open all my chakras I appreciate this meditation I appreciate you thank you so very much tons of love and light your way have a wonderful day!
