Welcome to your meditation space.

Plug your headphones in and get ready to leave this world behind.

The great Albert Einstein once said,

Logic will get you from A to Z,

But imagination will get you everywhere.

For this practice,

Allow your imagination to be free as we go on a deep,

Shamanic journey.

For this practice,

It is best to be seated,

With spine erect,

Hands on knees and your eyes closed.

If this is uncomfortable,

Find your own comfort however that may be.

Lying down may be the way for you.

Let's begin this practice by bringing awareness to the breath.

This process will have an immediate effect on the chemistry of your stress.

Counting down from 10,

Take a deeper than usual breath for each count and feel yourself going deeper into your own unconscious mind.

As you drift into a deeper state,

You can feel the weight of your daily stress peel away.

You are entering that dreamlike state where stress is just a screenshot in the distant past.

Now we are in a deeply relaxed state.

Embrace the silence.

This is where the magic happens.

Embrace this silence.

As you sit in this silence,

You notice a very subtle movement.

A feathered figure slowly starts to take shape right in front of you.

It's a shaman and he is staring at you with a stern look.

You stare at him with presence.

As the shaman reaches into a pouch and pulls out a handful of blue dust.

He reaches out with both hands above your head and claps his hands together making a big blue cloud around you.

He stares right into your soul.

You notice the stillness in his eyes.

You feel his presence move through your whole body.

The shaman utters the words,

Accept and you will conquer.

You think about this for a moment.

Wanting to embrace this magical ceremony you ask him,

Who am I?

The shaman wets two of his fingers from a bottle and dips them into the pouch with the blue powder and draws two lines across your forehead.

He whispers into your ear,

You are the present moment.

You sense something magical in his touch.

You take a moment to fully absorb this message.

Your mind begins to drift off,

Distracted by the stress you put up with throughout the day.

As you focus on the stressful stimuli,

Familiar feelings seep back into your awareness.

The shaman places his hand on your head and starts reciting a powerful chant.

The shaman stops chanting.

You are not sure how,

But you feel relieved and recharged.

The shaman has removed the stress you have accumulated.

The shaman makes eye contact with you one last time and says,

In Lakesh,

Which means,

I am another you,

We are one.

As he repeats,

In Lakesh,

The shaman begins to dematerialize right in front of you.

We are one.

I am another you.

The shaman's message remains with you.

Allow three deep breaths in your own time to fully absorb the meaning of this message.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

You are a creator.

You have the ability to transform all your stress into relaxation.

Whatever the present moment contains,

Just accept what is.

Do not identify.

Do not resist.

Your acceptance.

Always work with it,

Not against it.

Make it your friend,

Not your enemy.

This will miraculously transform your whole life.

Now we are going to bring your mind back into your space.

Being mindful of this deep and relaxed state you have created.

On each count have a deeper than usual breath.

One Two Three As your body begins to reawaken you mentally scan your body.

Four Five Six Seven Bringing your awareness to your hands you slowly scan up to the top of your head.

Eight Nine Ten Feel your body.

What does your body feel like?

Allow your body to fully relax.

Letting go with each exhale.

Anchor your attention in your body's relaxation.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

Just be with your breath for the next few moments.

Now open your eyes and fully absorb your environment.

With a fresh set of eyes we can begin to see the world from a relaxed place.

This means we will no longer be victims of stress,

But a pioneer of our own future.
