Let's take a few deep intentional breaths together.
Inhale slowly through your nose two three four and exhale softly through your mouth two three four five six.
Again breathing in peace and breathing out anything that no longer serves you.
Once more in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Letting go.
Now let your breath return to its own natural rhythm.
With each exhale feel yourself melting deeper into the present moment,
Releasing the tension,
The to-do lists,
The worries.
Leave tomorrow where it is and let go of today.
There is nowhere to go,
Nothing to fix.
This is your time to relax and let go.
Let's bring gentle awareness to your body starting at the crown of your head.
Soften your forehead.
Relax your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your hands.
Soften your belly.
Let your legs be heavy.
Your feet relaxed.
Feel your whole body surrendering to the pull of gravity,
Held by the earth,
Supported,
Safe.
Now I'll guide you through a series of affirmations.
