Hello and welcome.

This is your time to gently let go of the day and prepare your mind and body for rest.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your jaws soften.

Let your eyes gently close if they haven't already.

Take another breath and with your exhale imagine releasing the energy of the day.

All the to-dos,

The conversations,

The moments.

Just letting them float away like leaves on a stream.

There's nothing you need to fix or finish right now.

This is your space to simply be.

Feel the weight of your body supported beneath you.

Notice the quiet that begins to form in the pauses between each breath.

Let that quietness expand gently filling the spaces within you.

If any thoughts arise that's okay.

Just notice them and imagine them drifting away like clouds across a fading sky.

You don't have to hold anything anymore.

Now bring your awareness to your heart.

With your next breath send a little gratitude inward for showing up,

For making it through today whatever it held.

And now silently or aloud repeat these affirmations with me.

I release the day and welcome peace.

My mind is calm.

My body is relaxed.

And I am ready for rest.

I trust in the rhythm of life and allow sleep to come with ease.

Let each word settle gently within you.

Like soft light wrapping you in comfort.

You are here.

You are safe.

You are enough.

Let this final moment be an invitation to rest,

To trust that sleep will come and that tomorrow will take care of itself.

When you're ready allow yourself to drift off or gently continue your evening wind down.

Good night.
