You'll be guided into a powerful (magical, even!) cave where you'll be able to see and experience yourself in this desired state. And you'll receive a gift, something to bring back with you to help you take the next right step on your path. This process has been incredibly powerful for me over the past few years; hope you enjoy!

Hi everybody and welcome to this guided meditation that is all about supporting your manifestation.

And in this exploration we'll be looking at manifestation not as a way of getting that thing that you wanted or accomplishing whatever amazing goal you've set for yourself,

But rather about manifesting an internal orientation towards the world.

In other words,

How you want to feel and be in your body as you move through your life.

Before we start,

Maybe just take a couple of moments and think about that.

Feel into what your desire to state would be,

How you want to feel as you move through your world.

And now we'll start just by bringing some gentle attention to the breath,

Letting go of anything that may have just come to you,

We'll get back to it soon.

For now,

Just bring that gentle attention to the breath,

Being aware as you inhale that this is you inhaling and aware as you exhale that this is you exhaling in this moment.

And as you breathe,

I'll invite you to slow the breath down a bit,

Elongating it.

Sometimes I like to think of this as stretching out a piece of elastic so that the breath takes up a bit more time,

A bit more space in the body.

And as the breath slows down,

Just notice how your body responds to that.

Let your body start to settle a bit onto your seat,

Maybe the shoulders soften and loosen,

The lower back softens and loosens the hips.

Really allow yourself to feel your connection with the earth beneath you.

And on these next few breaths,

I'll invite you to really play and enjoy the sense of expansion as you breathe in,

Really feeling the body inflate like a balloon filling with oxygen and energy.

And on the exhale,

Just letting it be a gentle sigh of release.

And now as you continue to breathe,

I'll invite you to imagine entering into a beautiful space in nature.

This can be a space you know well,

Maybe a space you've only been to once,

Or one of your own imagining.

Wherever it is,

This place is just for you.

And as you enter this place in nature,

Give yourself the chance to really experience it with as many of your senses as feel right to you.

So noticing how the ground feels beneath you in this place.

Noticing how the air feels against your skin.

Noticing any images or colors.

What does it smell like in this place?

What do you hear?

What's the quality of the light?

You can even reach out and touch a tree or a plant or kneel down and hold your hand against the earth,

Noticing how it feels against your skin.

And as you explore,

You can feel the power of this place pulsing all around you,

Creating a sense of deep safety and connection and support.

And let's take a nice slow breath into that support and safety and connection,

Breathing in and releasing it with a sigh.

And if you turn to your right,

Maybe about 30 feet away from you,

You'll see that there's an opening to a cave.

And it seems to be inviting you towards it.

And so when you're ready,

You can walk towards this inviting opening.

And as you get closer,

You notice that there are four steps that lead down into the cave.

So as you approach,

Take a moment to feel the invitation to enter,

And then walk down those steps one at a time,

Feeling each one under your feet,

Going down the first step,

The second,

The third,

And the fourth,

And finding yourself inside a beautiful cave.

And notice how the energy of this place is a little bit different from where you just were.

Notice the quality of the air in this cave,

The smell,

The texture of the walls.

Notice where the light comes from in this cave.

And as you explore the cave,

You discover that right in the center of it is a beautiful completely still pool of water.

And this pool of water is lit from above by a light that shines directly down into it.

And this pool of water seems to shimmer with invitation and power,

So when you're ready,

You can step up to it and allow yourself to imagine the way of being in the world,

The way of experiencing the world that you would like to step into.

How would you like to feel in your work,

In your relationships?

And it's not uncommon as we play with this for objections to come up,

Oh who am I to deserve feeling that fulfilled or that'll never happen.

Just know that that commentary is natural and you can gently set it aside for now.

That's not the game we're playing today.

Just continue to allow yourself to imagine this state that you would like to enter into.

And as you do,

The water in this beautiful still pool begins to shimmer and images,

Fuzzy at first,

Begin to appear.

And these images depict you in this desired state,

In this way of being you'd like to step into with all of the power and creativity and vitality and confidence that you may want to manifest in your world.

And you can allow these images to appear and even surprise you.

Notice your posture as these images appear.

How do you carry yourself when you're embodying this desired way of being?

What's around you in these images?

Who's with you?

Maybe you're speaking in some of them,

So what are you saying?

How are you moving your body?

How do people respond to you as these images appear?

And they may appear less as images and more as a felt sense or a knowing or words.

As you allow this experience to unfold,

See how much of it you can allow yourself to experience in your body as you witness whatever is manifesting in the beautiful water of the pool.

Allow yourself to take on the qualities that you're seeing in these images.

You may find yourself adjusting your posture as you sit or even wanting to stand up,

Raise your hands above your head in victory.

You may want to embrace yourself,

Place your palms over your heart.

Give yourself the gift of as much as feels right to you,

Fully inhabiting this way of being that is unfolding before you in the beautiful waters of this pool.

And now see if you can turn up the volume on it a little bit so that your whole body is humming with the energy of this desired state,

Your heart and your mind and your belly all connecting with this way of being that you are even now beginning to step into.

And when you're ready,

Take a few last glimpses at these beautiful images in this sacred pool.

And I'll invite you to hold your palms forward towards these images and then as if scooping the energy of them up,

Scoop them towards your heart and take them into your heart,

Breathing them into your body so you can remember the feeling of this way of being.

And let's take a nice slow breath into that breathing in and releasing.

And with that breath,

The images slowly begin to fade.

And as they do,

You look down and at the base of the pool just outside of it,

There is a gift for you that this place has created and left here just for this moment,

A symbol of your time in this cave.

And so look down,

Notice what the gift is and you can pick it up,

Feel it in your hands,

The weight of it,

The texture.

And if you turn it over and hold it up towards the light,

There is inscribed on it a message.

It may be in words or image or even sound.

And this message is an instruction,

Something that you can do,

A small concrete action that you can take today to bring this way of being a little bit closer to reality.

And if you can't make out the message right away,

You can hold it up to the light and it will become clear.

So when you're ready,

You can take your gift with its message and its reminder of this time in the cave and with a lot of gratitude and knowing you can return here anytime as often as you'd like.

You can go back to the entrance of the cave and ascend those four steps going from the fourth to the third to the second to the first,

Finding yourself again in that beautiful space in nature and then gently returning yourself to wherever you may be in your chair or on the couch,

The bed.

And let's just take a nice breath together,

Breathing in and releasing,

Slowly coming back to your room and to your body.

And as we close out this time with exercises and explorations like this,

It's often nice if you received a gift or that token that's something you can actually get in the real world.

It can be really powerful to go get that for yourself just as a reminder of how it felt to inhabit that desired state,

To support your manifestation of it.

And it also is often powerful just to journal what your experience was and to return to this or some version of this as often as you'd like to support this process.
