And as always in these meditations open body open mind and breathe,
Breathing light into the body from the universe around,
Light into the cells,
Releasing any energy in the cells that need to be released,
Any programming,
Energies of other people release back to the universe and open and allow more light into the cells of your body,
More light and allowing light into the bones of the body or joints or vertebrae,
From top of skull all the way down to fingertips and toes or joints releasing with light,
Energies or programming that do not serve you back to the universe allowing more light to return to you and light into all layers and levels of the physical body,
Releasing anything that's not aligned with your highest good,
Your highest resonance release,
Allowing more light into the physical body and aligning the whole physical body and all of its layers with your infinite self,
Multi-dimensional self,
I AM Presence.
Following the cycle of breath,
Call to your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance,
Higher self I AM Presence,
Guides,
Angels,
Star beings,
All energies supporting you on this ascension path.
And in particular in this meditation we call to Archangel Michael and all angels working with Michael to come be with you now.
And the symbol of Michael is this sword of light,
Sword of light.
As you focus on that symbol you call the energy of the angel to you which is electric blue fire.
Electric blue fire,
Allowing that fire to sweep through the whole physical body,
Clearing and releasing lower frequency energies or interference.
Breathing clearing through all layers of the physical body and from there all layers of the etheric body,
All chakras from crown to base,
All layers,
Levels and dimensions of the chakras.
And out into your emotional body,
Clearing and releasing with electric blue fire,
Clearing other peoples emotions,
Trapped emotions.
Just entangling energies between the emotional and mental field and penetrating the mental field,
The mind and releasing all energies that do not belong to you.
Other peoples energies,
Thoughts,
Ideas,
Perceptions,
Opinions,
Judgements,
Dreams,
Stories,
Beliefs.
Disentangling,
Releasing other peoples energy in your whole field.
And call to Michael and all angels to begin to seal your field in a great sphere of electric blue light.
Sealing your field in a great sphere of electric blue light some 12 feet in all directions.
So you are sitting in this great sphere of electric blue light as electric blue light clears your field.
And call to the symbol of Michael,
That sword surrounded in electric blue fire,
Bringing that sword in front of your heart,
Protecting the front of your field from lower frequency interference.
And you can call upon this sword at any time to cut cords with any being or situation that needs to be released.
Sword of light before you and also bringing that sword of light and that fire behind you,
The back of your heart.
Protecting front and back of your field.
And placing that sword to the left and right side of your heart.
Protecting the left and right of your field.
Place that sword point upwards above your head.
Place the sword point downwards beneath your feet.
Keeping the above and below space.
Call that sword within the body aligning with the spine.
And swords front back left right above below within.
Protecting you from all dimensions all directions.
So around you this sphere of electric blue and these swords of Michael protecting you from lower frequency interference,
You can call upon these swords at any time.
Allowing Michael and all angels working with Michael to adjust your field,
Increasing the intensity of the sphere of electric blue around you.
Breathing and neutralizing lower frequency energies allowing higher frequency energies into your field.
Just open and breathe and allow allowing this alignment protection around you.
Calling upon the shield of Michael,
Shield of Michael.
Calling the shield as round or oval before you.
Before your heart.
Aligning with the spherical grid of light.
And calling another shield of Michael to the back of your heart aligning with the spherical grid protecting you.
Call that shield to the left and also to the right aligning with the sphere of blue.
And to call many shields like scales interlocking interlocking.
Aligning with this sphere of electric blue light around you.
Many shields forming another layer of protection interlocking scales.
Protecting you from lower frequency interference or energies.
Breathing these three layers of protection the sword of Michael,
The sphere of electric blue light and the shields of Michael.
Breathing and opening and just allowing the angels to align and intensify those energies.
Breathing and intensifying increasing the protection allowing 5D energies and above neutralizing 3D energies and below.
And just allow the shield this protection to be carried with you throughout your whole day.
Just allowing a final adjustment.
And breathing opening feeling the intensity of light protecting you around you.
