Welcome to this super quick psychic chord upgrade meditation.
Upgrading all psychic chords to golden light.
And this meditation can be used to upgrade or dissolve negative dense chords with other individuals or groups.
It can also be used to clear chords with any children you may have.
For children under 16 it's not advisable to cut chords.
Dissolving or upgrading is the way.
Open body,

And with your breath inviting the light from the universe around you into the physical body.
360 degrees light.
Anywhere you are holding lower frequency energies on the out breath.
Purge and release.

Sending it back to the light,
Back to the universe.
Allowing more of your own natural soul's light into the body.
Into the body which surrounds and penetrates the physical body light.
Anywhere you are holding old stagnant stuck emotions,
Especially emotional energy that does not belong to you.
Surrender that to the light on the out breath.
And following that cycle of breath on the in breath light into the mental body.
The mental body that surrounds and penetrates the emotional body and physical body.
For the mind is a fluid field of energy.
Anywhere you have taken on other people's thoughts,

Judgments or even values or dreams.
On the out breath,
Purge and release.
Allowing more light into the mental body,

Your emotional body in light.
To the north is Uriel,
Archangel of earth,
Of the body,

The symbol of this angel is a golden pentacle and the energy is ruby red fire.
Inviting that fire into the core of your being,
Particularly the spine.
Opening the spine,
Opening the inner channel from crown to base.
And let's also call the vertical force angels,
A Metatron and Sandaphon.
Beginning with Metatron from the great central sun,
Bringing down that golden white fire through the stargate of our sun down onto the earth plane,
Down into the structure of the building you're in or the space you're in,
Into the walls around you,
The floor beneath your feet,
The ceiling above your head,
Closing off the space to lower force interference.
And let's call to Sandaphon from the crystalline grid of the earth,
Below your feet to bring up that diamond white crystalline light up into the room,
The space,
Grounding the physical structure around you,
Up to the feet,
Grounding your energy down into the earth.
Let's also invite into the field ultraviolet fire angels,
Ultraviolet fire angels.
I invite Metatron and the ultraviolet fire angels to send a gold violet light down through the crown chakra,
Down through the spine all the way down to the base and down out through the base,
Into the earth star below the feet.
Golden violet fire through the spine,
Clearing the spine,
Any karmic knots or blockages in the spine,
Clearing and opening the spine to a clear flow of light from heaven to earth.
Gold violet light into all vertebrae and into your field.
Let's invoke if there are any cords from your blood family that need to be dissolved or upgraded,
Call them now,

Begin to invite a gold violet fire on the in-breath into the spine from crown to base,
Intensifying that gold violet light with the in-breath,
Building a gold violet fire in the spine.
Let's invoke building a gold violet fire in the spine and on the out-breath sending that gold violet fire out through all cords in your body,
Either upgrading them or dissolving them.
Some cords need to be dissolved and some cords need to be upgraded.
When you're ready you can release any family member,
Send them back to light with thanks.

Call them into your field now and again whoever comes,
Welcome them.
Call the intense gold violet fire down through the crown along the spine,
Building that fire with the in-breath.
And when you're ready,
Sending all of that light through any cords front and back of your torso out,
Either dissolving or upgrading.
And when you're ready,
Releasing all of these people with thanks,
Letting them go back.
And when you're ready,
Now inviting any colleagues,
Anything work related or education related to come into your field.
Call them and anyone who comes,
Welcome them silently and then build that fire again.
Build the fire of gold violet fire on the in-breath,
Light into the spine from crown to base.
And when the light builds to a sufficient intensity,
Send that light out on the out-breath,
Dissolving any cords or upgrading them.
And when this is done,
Thank everyone and release them,
Sending them back to the light.
