Inviting light on the in-breath into the etheric body,
Which is the first layer of the aura.
The etheric body,
The bridge between the higher energy bodies and your physical body.
Anywhere there is any dark,
Stagnant or muted energies in the etheric body.
On the out-breath purge and release sending it back to the universe,
Back to the light.
Allowing more space in the etheric body for your own soul's light.
Following that cycle of breath.
The in-breath light into the emotional body.
Anywhere you are holding emotional energy that feels stuck or stagnant or that does not belong to you.
On the out-breath purge and release sending it back to the universe.
Especially energies of fear or anger or guilt that does not belong to you,
Purge and release.
Allow more space,
More fluidity in your emotional body.
Just following that cycle of breath.
The in-breath inviting light into the lower mental body.
Anywhere you are holding stagnant energies,
Mental energies that do not belong to you or do not serve you.
Any judgment or criticism especially on the out-breath purge and release.
Sending it away from your field,
Back to the universe,
Back to the horizon.
Allowing more space in the lower mental body for your own soul's light.

Of form,

Four energies that are open.
Let's call the archangels holding the vertical plane are Metatron and Sandaphon.
First with Metatron.
Calling down the Christ grid that Metatron holds from the great central sun.
A fluid field of white gold light flowing down through the stargate of our sun down into the earth plane.
Down into the structure of the building around you,
The walls around you.
The floor beneath your feet,
Ceiling above your head,
The windows,
The door.
Ceiling off the space.
And Sandaphon of the crystalline grid of the earth below to bring that grid up of ethereal white.
Up to the foundations of the building you're in.
Up to the feet.
Flowing up the legs.
Flowing up to the base and pelvic area.
