Energy Extraction Practice

Use this meditation to extract toxic energies from your physical, etheric, emotional and mental bodies. In this meditation we call upon Metatron and Sandalphon to create sets of four etheric quartz crystals to scan and extract toxic energies plus other peoples energies from your energy fields and physical body.

Transcript

Welcome to this energy extraction meditation.

And this meditation is designed to extract toxic energies from your physical,

Etheric,

Emotional and mental bodies.

And to begin just breathe,

Open,

Soft and relax.

And on the in-breath breathing light from the universe around you.

Light into the physical body of bone and blood.

Filling your body with light.

If there are any energies that can leave you now,

Toxic energies in the physical body,

Release on the out-breath.

On the in-breath breathing in light and the out-breath releasing old toxic energies from the physical body back to the universe.

Just following that cycle of breath,

Bringing more light into the physical body and releasing what can be released at this stage of the journey.

And breathing light into the etheric body,

Into all the chakras from crown to base,

All the chakras within the body,

Light from the universe around you.

And if there are any energies that can be released now,

Toxic energies that can be released from the chakra system,

Release on the out-breath.

Allow them to flow back to the universe.

And follow that cycle of breath inviting more light into the etheric body and releasing what can and needs to be released on the out-breath.

And breathing light now into the emotional body,

The emotional body,

The energy field that vibrates through you and around you,

That is your emotional energy.

Breathing light into that field.

And any energies that can be released that need to be released,

Emotional energies,

Release on the out-breath.

Release on the out-breath,

Sending it back to the universe.

Just filling your emotional body with light and releasing all energies that need to be released.

And taking a breath into your mental body,

The mind,

Which is also a field of vibrating energy within you and around you.

Breathing light into that field.

Any energies that can be released that need to be released,

Surrender back to the universe.

Any mental energies,

Thoughts,

Ideas,

Perspectives,

Attitudes,

Beliefs,

Releasing.

And just following that cycle of breath into the physical,

Etheric,

Emotional and mental bodies.

Anywhere you're holding other people's energy,

Release back to the universe,

Allowing more of your own authentic light to return to you.

And feel yourself at the centre of your universe,

Breathing in light and releasing back to the universe what can be released,

What needs to be released,

Back to the universe.

Any energies that you've taken on in this 3D matrix that needs to be surrendered as you ascend into higher frequencies of light.

And as always I call four angels around you in the horizontal plane,

Four angels around you.

In the east,

Raphael,

Archangel of Air,

Often seen as a golden robed figure.

The symbol,

The caduceus and the energy is emerald green fire.

Allowing that angel to hold the eastern edge of your energy field.

Following Raphael,

Archangel of Air,

Healer magician angel.

And to the south,

Michael,

Warrior protector angel.

Often seen as a red robed figure.

The symbol is a silver sword and the energy is electric blue fire.

Welcoming that angel holding the southern edge of your energy field now.

And to the west,

Gabriel,

Archangel of Water,

Messenger angel.

Often seen as a blue green robed figure.

The symbol is a silver chalice and the energy is diamond white fire.

Holding that energy,

Holding the western edge of your energy field.

And to the north,

Uriel,

Archangel of Earth,

Archangel of physical structures such as the body and structures such as money.

Often seen as an olive green robed figure.

The symbol is a golden pentacle.

And the energy is ruby red fire.

Welcoming that angel to hold the northern edge of your energy field.

Four angels around you holding the space,

Holding the space.

And I welcome your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance including your higher self and all guides to be with you.

And into the space we invite Metatron,

Archangel of the Christ Grid.

And Metatron creates four clear quartz crystals edged in golden fire.

These crystals appear around the crown chakra.

Four crystals,

Large crystals,

The size of melons or watermelons.

These crystals are designed to extract toxic energies from your field.

Just allow these crystals to fan out and to begin to scan down the body,

Down the head first.

Scaling out any emotional or mental or spiritual energies that need to be released from your field now.

First scanning the head and the auric field around the head.

Pulling in,

Extracting anything that needs to be extracted.

Beginning to scan down to the jaw,

Pulling out any energy in the jaw and then the neck and throat and the auric field around.

Extracting anything that needs to be extracted.

Spiritual energy,

Other people's emotions,

Mental energy,

Other people's thoughts,

Ideas,

Perceptions,

Judgments.

Spiritual energies that do not serve you at this time.

And allowing those crystals to begin to descend down to the chest and the heart.

Extracting energies in the heart,

The chest area and the auric field around you.

Pulling out,

Extracting energies that are either toxic or do not serve you at this time.

Allowing more of your own light to return to you.

More of your own light to return to you.

Those crystals descending to the belly.

Extracting out anything within the body and around the body that needs to be extracted.

Returning out the crystals,

Anything that doesn't serve you.

Allow those extracting energies to descend to the base and top of legs,

Pulling out anything from the body and around you that needs to be extracted.

Down to the feet.

Releasing these four crystals to your higher self.

Clear cleanse and release this energy.

Metatron creates another four clear quartz crystals,

Edged in golden fire,

That once again begin to scan down the body.

From head,

Throat,

Chest,

Belly,

And pelvic area and legs.

Pulling out anything within the body and beyond the body.

Anything within the auric field,

Extracting,

Holding and sealing in the crystals.

Sending all the way down the body and when they reach the feet once again,

Releasing these crystals to your higher self.

These clear cleanse release these energies back to the universe,

Allowing more light to return to you.

And Sandaphon creates four smoky quartz crystals,

Edged in silver white fire around the feet.

Four smoky quartz crystals,

Edged in silver white fire,

That begin to scan up the body.

Scan the body in the etheric field,

Pulling and extracting any toxic energies in the chakra system.

Pulling out from the base.

And then slowly ascending up the body,

Scanning each chakra and extracting any toxic energy in the chakra from any of the 12 layers levels or dimensions of the chakra.

Pulling out and releasing into the crystal.

Just allow these quartz crystals to begin to ascend up the body.

Pelvic area and belly.

Up to the chest area.

Throat area.

Head.

And then surrendering these to your higher self once the job is done.

Clear cleanse and release all of this energy in these crystals.

Sandaphon creates another four smoky quartz crystals,

Edged in silver white fire around the feet.

And allow these crystals once again to begin to scan up the body.

Reaching the base chakra,

Extracting any toxic energies in the base and then moving on to the sacral.

Moving on to the solar plexus.

And then up to the heart.

Up to the throat.

Up to the third eye.

Finding the crown,

Extracting and then releasing.

Releasing to your higher self.

Clear cleanse and release this energy.

Metatron creates four clear quartz crystals,

Edged in golden fire around the crown.

Sandaphon creates another four smoky quartz crystals,

Edged in silver white fire around the feet.

And these crystals begin to ascend from the feet up and descend from the head down.

This time channeling a higher frequency of light within the chakra system itself,

Within the body,

Within the auric field.

Light from the crystalline grid,

Channeled through these smoky quartz crystals,

Edged in silver white fire and light from the Christ grid,

Channeled through these four crystals,

Edged in golden fire coming down the body.

Four crystals ascending and four crystals descending.

Channeling a higher frequency of light into the body.

Your theric system,

Your emotional body and mental bodies.

And they meet in the heart.

Begin to channel a tremendous energy into the heart,

Allowing the heart to open and hold a greater field of energy in the heart and allowing the energy to expand around the whole physical body.

And allow that bubble of light to seal in this process,

To seal in this meditation.

So you can hold a higher frequency of light in your energy field and then release all of these crystals.

And thanking your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance and your highest self and all the angels around you in all of the directions of the horizontal plane.

Thanking Metatron and Sangha Phan and releasing them.

And coming back to your breath,

Coming back to your breath.

Feeling more light in the body.

Feeling a clearer space in the body.

With your breath coming back.
