In this 3D world, there are a lot of dysfunctional relating styles that have an energetic foundation. One of these is the experience of another person pushing into one or more of your energy centers. Signs of this kind of experience are:

• Physical Layer – sudden physical discomfort such as headaches or stomach pains.
• Emotional Layer – Feeling uptight, sudden change in mood, feeling low or depressed for no reason.
• Mental Layer – Anxiety or fear for no real reason, confusion, cloudy thinking, dark thoughts, gloominess, feeling hopeless, looping toxic thoughts.
• Spiritual Layer – Feeling disconnected from your intuition, Spirit, and Higher Self/Guides.

This meditation is designed to bring awareness to where another individual is seeking to push into one or more of your energy centers.

Welcome to this chakra energy release transmission and in this 3d world there are a lot of dysfunctional relating styles that have an energetic foundation and one of these is the experience of another person pushing into one or more of your energy centers and signs of this kind of experience could be physical discomfort,

Emotional uptightness or change in mood,

Mental anxiety or fear or dark thoughts or some form of disconnection from your intuition or spirit and this meditation is designed to bring awareness to where another person is pushing into your energy centers so open body open mind with your in-breath inviting light into the physical body the bones and blood anywhere you are holding low frequency energies in the bones blood organ cells that do not belong to you on the out-breath send them back to the light back to the universe purging them from your body allowing more space for your own soul's light in the physical body and following the cycle of breath on the in-breath the invitation of light into your emotional body that surrounds and penetrates the physical body anywhere you are holding low-frequency emotional energy perhaps energy that doesn't belong to you on the out-breath send it back to the light back to the universe purging it from your emotional body allowing more space for your own soul's light in your emotional body and following that cycle of breath on the in-breath the invitation of light into the mental body a fluid field of energy that surrounds and penetrates the emotional and physical bodies anywhere you are holding low-frequency mental energy perhaps energy that doesn't belong to you such as opinions judgments belief systems stories on the out-breath purge and release from your mental body allowing more space for your own soul's light into that mental body and as you follow that cycle of breath I call to your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance to come be with you now your higher selves from the 6th to the 12th dimension your oversoul the monadic self all 5d to 12d helpers guides angels star brothers and sisters star councils working with you specialist teams in spirit come be with you now come be with you now and just waiting for that click the connection as all these helpful beings come to connect with your energy field and taking a breath let's call the archangels of the horizontal plane beginning in the east with Raphael archangel of air archangel of the mind the symbol of this angel is a crystal wand and the energy is emerald green fire as you focus on that wand calling that fire to hold your personal space in this meditation to hold and protect it to the south is Michael archangel the element of fire archangel of the will the symbol is a sword of flaming blue light the energy is electric blue fire as you focus on the sword calling that fire into your space to hold and protect your personal space in this meditation to the West is Gabrielle archangel of water of emotions the symbol is a silver chalice and the energy is diamond white fire as you focus on the symbol inviting that fire into your space to hold and protect your personal space in this meditation the fourth angel completing the circle is Archangel Ariel archangel of earth of the north of structure of physical body the symbol is a golden pentacle and the energy is ruby red fire as you focus on the symbol inviting that fire to hold and protect your personal space in this meditation for archangels for energies and open and that's called to the vertical plane Metatron and Sandefon that holds that plane beginning with Metatron from the great central Sun calling on that archangel to bring down the Christ's grid the Ascension grid through the Stargate of our Sun down into this ascending dimension of the earth plane down into the structure of the building you're in the walls around you the floor beneath your feet ceiling above your head closing off the space to all interference and also Sandefon the archangel of the crystalline grid calling on that archangel to bring up that grid of light diamond white crystalline light up to the foundation of the building you're in grounding the building into the earth and up to your feet legs and base chakra grounding your aura into the earth six angels six energies and open and let's also call violet and ultraviolet fire angels to be with us in this journey together so take a breath now and just focus on someone in this world you have a challenge with perhaps someone you feel there may be energetic interference someone who may be pushing into your energy field call now this individual and their higher self to come stand in front of you some distance away from you and when you feel them or sense them just notice your physical body from the heart downwards first of all notice if you feel any pressure or pain in any of your energy centers anywhere maybe they're pushing into your energy field checking now from the heart downwards first of all if you notice any interference let's call an archangel Michael to create a sphere of electric blue light around the chakra the energy center around the part of your body you feel this push sealing off this area of your body from interference electric blue fire burning and clearing frequency energies just allowing that sphere of light to form around the part of your body you're feeling the interference and breathing allowing that sphere of blue electric blue fire to intensify to a bright burning light burning through any interference sealing and protecting to some extent blocking and pushing this energy out from your field this interfering energy that's also called on violet and ultraviolet fire angels to create a larger sphere around the first sphere protecting the part of your body you feel this interference allowing this second sphere to begin to burn and cut into any energetic pushing into your field so two spheres electric blue and then around that violet ultraviolet burning and clearing and protecting the part of your body you're feeling this intrusion and breathing and opening let's call a third sphere around the part of your body this sphere made up of the crystalline grid of the earth that diamond white light and golden fire from the Sun and Great Central Sun calling this energy to create a third sphere around the first two spheres sealing the part of your body you're feeling this pushing into you allowing this white golden light to actually begin to push back keeping this energy at a distance from you pushing it out from your field and just mentally send the message to this person they have no permission to interfere with your energy fields your body you are a sovereign free being this is your energy no one has the right to push into it and breathing and let's now check the body from the heart upwards noticing if you feel any pressure or pain in any part of your body from the heart upwards perhaps an energy center and if you feel this again let's call an Archangel Michael to create a sphere of electric blue fire around that part of the body beginning to burn and close and seal that part of the body from all interference breathing and allowing that sphere to intensify the protection around this part of your body and let's also call them violet ultraviolet fire angels to create a larger sphere around the first sphere of violet ultraviolet fire beginning to burn and cut into any energetic interference allowing the angels to create this second sphere protecting you so two spheres one of electric blue fire and around that a violet ultraviolet fire allowing these two spheres to intensify in burning and sealing and closing off your field and let's invite a third sphere calling from light from the Sun and Great Central Sun and also light from the earth to create a golden white sphere of light around you sealing the part of your body the chakra where your feelings interference and actually pushing it out from your field keeping this energy of the other person at a distance from you three spheres electric blue violet ultraviolet fire and the third one golden white protecting your field and pushing back against this energy pushing it out of your field and just have a breath and one final check just notice if there's a third place in your body that you feel any interference from this person noticing any pressure or pain in any of the energy centers scanning the whole body crown down to base if you feel any pressure or pain in any energy center again call an Archangel Michael to create a sphere of electric blue fire around that area beginning to block this interference allowing that sphere to intensify to a bright burning electric blue fire and then calling on violet ultraviolet fire angels to create a second larger sphere around the first again protecting and burning into any energetic interference anywhere somebody else is pushing into your field allowing these two spheres to intensify burning brightly and finally a third sphere around the first two spheres of golden white fire from Sun and Earth completely blocking this interference and actually pushing back keeping this energy at a distance from you and let's ask all of this protection to work in harmony to protect you from this individual pushing into your field and if for any reason you are also hooking into this person's energy field let's ask your higher self and guides to assist you in calling your energy back from them this can sometimes happen unconsciously just assisting you calling back any of your energy anywhere you may also be hooking into them through anger or frustration or sheer defensiveness just remind this person they have been blocked from entering your energy field you are a free sovereign being and then release this person and their higher self from your field allowing them to go at a quite a distance away from your field keeping all of their energy at bay and taking a breath and open feeling a release of this person's energy from your field if anywhere you've taken on any of their energy internally ask for a release and purging of all that from your physical emotional mental bodies purging and releasing any energy you've taken on and finally let's ask your higher self and guides for any insight as to why this has happened why you have allowed this transgression what are you learning from this experience what have you learned from this experience perhaps a lesson around boundaries ask your higher self and guides to assist you in taking full ownership of your own energy to give insight into anywhere there may be any old programs perhaps from other lifetimes causing problems anywhere you are open or feel obliged to allow another person to enter your field or interfere with you in this way whatever insight you've gained from this experience just allow that to be absorbed in your field and let's thank all beings holding the space all angels of the horizontal plane Uriel Gabriel Michael Raphael all Archangels of the vertical force plane and Metatron and Sandefon violet and ultraviolet fire angels also your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance with thanks allowing them all to step back and releasing them from holding the space coming back to your own energy feeling a shift in your field as you
