Hi Lovebugs,

Steph here.

Because connection is so important,

Let's manifest aligned friendships.

So go ahead and sit or lie down so that you're nice and comfortable.

And with a deep breath,

Allow your eyes to close,

Bringing all of your attention into this moment.

Just breathing in and breathing out.

Relaxing into this moment,

Setting the intention to call in aligned friendships.

And in doing so,

You begin to release any limiting beliefs around friendships,

Any negative thoughts around friendships.

And as you do so,

You begin to heal any old injuries that happened from friends or within your friendships.

So just begin to identify all of the limiting or negative beliefs around friendships.

Taking a deep breath and let them rise to the surface to come to the light and be seen.

And now just release them.

Give your subconscious permission to release,

Remove and resolve all limiting and negative beliefs around friendship.

And release and forgive all injuries so that you can heal.

Your heart can heal,

Your trust can heal and you'll be able to call in aligned friendships that enhance your life.

So just release them now any way you choose.

Asking your subconscious,

Your spirit team for assistance.

So now it's time to set the intention and to ask yourself and discover who do you want to be as a friend?

What kind of friend are you and do you want to be?

What is time for you to let go and what is time for you to enhance and step into?

Who are you as a friend?

As a friend discover and unfold that now.

Wonderful.

Now take a moment in gratitude for your current friendships and the aspects of them that feel really good.

What do you appreciate about the friendships you currently have?

Spend some time and gratitude for your current friendships and what they bring to your life,

What they add to your life.

Fantastic.

Now take a moment and become aware of why you want to attract new friendships into your life.

And how will your life improve with these new friendships?

What kind of friendships do you want in your life?

When you think of a friendship that is aligned with who you are right now today,

What kind of friend would be an incredible fit for you?

What are they like?

What do you guys do together?

How do you feel when you're with them?

What's different about this friendship?

Now notice the feeling that this friendship will bring you.

Notice where it begins to activate within your body.

Notice that emotion,

The feeling that comes with this aligned friendship.

And with each breath,

Notice that feeling expanding within you and all around you,

Attracting them to you,

Magnifying your energy,

Calling in your friendships that are meant for you,

The friendships that feel like soulmates,

Like you're meant to be friends,

They are meant to grow together and expand together,

Enjoy experiences together,

Create memories together,

Support each other,

Love each other,

And anything else that this new friendship would enhance in your life,

Would support you in.

And now it's time to set the intention to go and live your life.

See yourself doing what you're doing,

And be a part of that.

And now you're going to be a part of that.

And now you're going to be a part of that.

And now you're going to be a part of that.

And now it's time to set the intention to go and live your life.

See yourself doing the things you'd love to do with a friend.

And then understand and set the intention that you will go.

You will do these things that fill you with joy and bliss and delight.

And you will be brave enough to ask someone to do something with you,

To exchange numbers when you feel a friendship connection,

When you energetically feel something within yourself that pulls you towards another,

That activates a curiosity,

A wanting to know them more,

Wanting to spend some time with them.

Be brave enough to ask them to do something,

To exchange numbers,

To go out for tea or coffee or a meal.

Whatever it is for you,

Have the courage,

Activate your bravery to ask them,

To invite them into your life.

Remembering now to let go of the outcome and trust that your energy will attract incredible friendships to you,

That your energy will call in similar energy so that you can have an incredibly aligned friendship and you'll go live life and be brave.

And when you're ready,

Go ahead and take in a nice deep breath.

And as you breathe out,

Go ahead and open your eyes,

Knowing that life is for you.

The universe supports you.

It wants you to have aligned friendships and your energy is calling them to you.

And now go live life,

Enjoy yourself,

Be you and be brave and trust,

Trust your energy will guide you.

I just want to take a moment and thank you so much for being here today.

Having beautiful friendships in our life is very important.

It matters that we have people in our life that we love and that love us and that support us and that we get to support back.

And know that you are now attracting to you aligned friendships.
