Imagine that liquid relaxation now spreading down through your head and continuing down through your entire body.
Down through every muscle,
Every bone,
Every organ,
Every nerve,
Every cell.
Relaxing you.
Feeling very calm.

That liquid relaxation is now spreading.
Spreading down through your head and face.

And it flows into your shoulders.
Softening all of the muscles in your shoulders.
