High Vibration Nap

Hi friend. Today, I want to help you relax into your nap while reminding you that you're enough right now and providing space for you to raise your vibration. This recording ends with the music fading out.

Hi friend,

Listen to this when you need an afternoon boost.

This higher vibration nap is to help you have a quick cat nap and wake up feeling refreshed and energized and ready for the rest of your day and noticing that your vibration is higher and when it's higher,

Things just feel better.

So as you get nice and comfortable wherever you're going to take your nap,

Just go ahead and allow your body to begin to relax.

And as you begin to relax,

Just allow all the stress to just flow away from you and maybe you can imagine stress has a specific color and just imagine that you're telling your body and your mind to just release any stress that you've been carrying today and just allow that stress to go and since you gave that stress a color,

You can see it flowing away from you that your body and your mind are releasing the stress and you see that the universe recycles it back into relaxation for you.

So you notice that the color of stress turns into the color of relaxation and you breathe it in,

You breathe in that relaxation and as you do,

Your body responds naturally to relaxing and letting go.

And this feels good,

Feels so good to just let go,

To relax and allow a sense of peacefulness to visit you.

And your eyes are closed and you notice how comfortable you are in this spot and the more comfortable you are,

The more you relax and you let your mind know that now is a time to take a break and it's just time to relax and recharge and allow yourself to step into a higher vibration.

And you continue to just breathe and you notice your breath and you pay attention as you breathe in and as you breathe out,

Just focusing on your breath and as you continue to breathe,

You visualize the color of peacefulness and calmness to you,

Whatever color represents a calm and relaxed state.

Just focus on that color now.

Notice how it surrounds you,

It fills up every corner,

The picture in your mind of the room that you're in.

And as you continue to focus on this color of relaxation,

You notice that your body and your mind just respond naturally and relax more and more.

And you just remind yourself,

You're just taking a break from thinking.

You can start thinking again as soon as you wake up from your nap.

Now this is your time,

Your time to relax and recharge.

And so you allow yourself to start to drift off and you invite sleep in.

This nap may last a few moments or many minutes,

Knowing that it'll be just right for you.

And you'll wake up feeling energized and refreshed.

And you'll notice that your vibration is so high and this is a good thing.

So go ahead and allow yourself to just drift off and any time any thoughts begin to come in,

Just send them away with your exhaling breath and refocus on your color of relaxation.

Letting that color surround you.

With each breath that you take,

You inhale relaxation and with each exhale,

You breathe out relaxation and it surrounds you.

Now it's time to just sleep and relax.

And as you fall asleep,

I want to just take a moment to remind you of how wonderful you are and how you matter so much.

I want to remind you that you matter and that you are enough right now.

You have always been enough and you will always be enough and regardless of the number in your bank account,

You are enough.

It doesn't matter how your parents show up,

You're still enough.

If you have one friend or a million friends,

You are still enough and you matter.

You are someone who deserves all the happiness and joy that life can offer.

Just because you're you,

You don't have to do anything to earn happiness,

To earn being lovable because you already are.

And all the things you want are on their way to you and you continue to do things that feel good for you and you engage in self care like this nap that you're now taking.

This is for you to just relax and recharge and increase your vibration so that you're in alignment with the things that you want.

And every day you begin to believe more and more that you are enough until one day you just know with absolute certainty that that is true.

That you are enough,

You are worthy and you deserve all the joys that life wants to give you.

When you take moments to provide yourself with self care,

You know this helps you stay true to yourself and connect with your soul and understand who you are and the path before you and who you're becoming.

And even while you're becoming,

You're still enough.

And you'll always be enough,

Even when you make mistakes,

You're enough.

Even when you take days that you don't get as much done,

You're still enough.

You are always enough and deserving of the life you want.

You are love and there is so much love here for you.

And you matter and you are enough.

So just allow yourself to sleep and take in the words.

Let your subconscious marinate in understanding that you are enough right now in this moment.

You are worthy of your dreams and you are so capable of achieving them.

I believe in you.

The universe believes in you.

Your soul believes in you.

It's time you start the journey of believing in you too.

You are enough.

You are enough.

I liked it! Her voice was soft and endearing. I especially liked her lead-in to just the sound. Her fading whispers of affirmations of worthiness and being enough felt like being tucked in for a relaxing nap.
