Listen to this recording every morning you want to have a super productive day so that you feel unstoppable and ready to take on anything.
Are you willing to let go of distraction?
Are you ready to embrace focusing on the task at hand to increase your productivity?
To begin with,
Take in a nice deep breath and then let it out slowly now.
Good.
Let's do that again.
Taking in another deep breath and letting it out nice and slow.
Good.
And another deep breath and letting it out nice and slow.
Now,
I want you to imagine yourself waking up refreshed,
Excited and ready for the day ahead.
Notice how easily you wake up and eagerly start the day.
You know the first five hours of your day are your golden hours and you want to get the most out of them.
You already hear yourself saying,
I got this.
I feel successful today.
Now,
Visualize yourself walking up to your workspace.
Imagine yourself setting the tone by putting on music that really helps you focus for the day.
Perhaps it's the same song on repeat.
You notice that your space is organized and ready to go.
If need be,
You take a few minutes to put things back into their place because you know the organization helps you focus on today's tasks.
Imagine,
Pretend if you need to,
That you're writing down today's to-do list.
You're writing down easy goals knowing that this will provide you a feeling of accomplishment at the end of your day.
And this feels good and encouraging.
As you write your goal list for the day,
Breaking down your tasks into 20-minute chunks,
You include 15-minute breaks every 90 minutes to refuel and replenish your body and mind.
Knowing this allows you to stay focused and be your most productive.
Throughout the day,
You take time to focus on your breath,
Bringing yourself to the present moment and then continuing on with your current task.
Knowing that taking moments for mindfulness really enhance your focus and your productivity.
You save the last 30 minutes of your 5-hour window for checking and responding to emails.
Notice that this is possible and you're able to do this with ease and comfort,
Letting go of any urgency that you had before when it came to checking and responding to emails first thing.
If at any time throughout the day you're feeling your energy decrease,
You find yourself chewing on a piece of gum and you say to yourself,
Let's do this and do it well.
Now,
Spend a few moments walking through your day,
Including your to-do list,
Including your breaks and waiting to check your email until later.
Notice how productive and focused you feel.
Notice how much you're able to get done when you approach the day this way.
Very well.
Pay attention to how this determination to remain focused also influences your food choices and what you choose to do during your breaks.
Everything falls into place to energize and uplift you to maintain your momentum.
And this feels great.
You feel accomplished and proud of all you've done in one day.
Your ability to stay focused allows you to be productive and confident in the work you produce.
Now,
You decide to keep this feeling of focused productivity and confidence with you.
This is your new reality.
You are now the most focused and productive person you know.
Feeling returning to your fingers and toes,
All energies completely balanced,
Feeling more confident each and every day in your ability to focus and be productive.
Feeling more alert,
Fully refreshed,
Feeling great and ready to take on the day.
