Transcript

This visualization is going to help you release the anger that has been stuck inside of you so that you have the freedom to love,

To give love,

To receive love,

And to feel more joy in your life and to free yourself from the anger that has been boiling inside of you.

So go ahead and close your eyes now that you're nice and cozy,

Nice and comfy,

And just notice your breath.

So breathing gently,

Go ahead breathe in and out through your nose.

Breathing into your belly.

Allowing your body to relax your shoulders to just relax down your jaw to relax.

And just continue to focus on your breathing.

Now you've been carrying this anger inside of you.

And maybe it feels hot and bright,

Maybe you can locate it in your body.

Maybe you can pay attention to how much space it's taking up inside.

Now anger serves a purpose.

Anger is a purposeful emotion.

It lets us know when we feel an injustice has happened to us.

This is important to know.

This guides us in who we want in our life,

What we agree with,

What we disagree with.

What matters to us,

What our values are,

Who we want to invest more of ourself and our time into.

And as anger serves a purpose,

It's not meant to be held onto.

It's not meant to nourish and to grow within us.

Because when we nourish that anger,

It starts to take over.

Take over our relationships,

Our self-thoughts,

Our self-talk.

Our relationships,

Who we let in and who we keep out.

So now that you've recognized your anger,

I want you to tell it.

Say to your anger,

Thank you for making me aware of what didn't feel right to me.

Thank you for letting me know what kind of relationships and partnerships I want.

Thank you for letting me have a deeper understanding of my values and my boundaries.

And now that you've brought all this awareness to me,

It's time for you to move on.

So now that anger is going to move on,

I want you now to imagine yourself in some sort of theater where there's a stage.

Where there's a chair where you can sit and look at the stage.

Maybe this is a beautiful outdoor theater or maybe it's indoors.

Whatever you choose is just fine.

And you go ahead and take a seat across from the stage.

And you notice that there are several people up on this stage.

And each person that's on the stage has a cord attached to you.

Attached to that anger that's been inside.

And you notice some people have two cords attached to them.

Let's begin with the very first person you see on this stage.

You notice how that anger awakens.

Perhaps your heart beats a little bit faster and your breathing becomes more shallow and you just tell yourself that you're safe.

You're in control and they cannot hurt you here.

And now you go ahead and tell them everything you've needed to say.

Everything you've been holding back.

It's safe to say it here.

Everything that's on your heart.

All the injustice,

The disappointment,

The hurt,

The sadness.

Everything that they've done.

Everything that they've said that hurt you.

Go ahead and tell them everything that you need to say.

Everything you've been holding back.

Let it all out now.

Let it all off your chest.

This is the time to release it.

And after you've released everything you needed to say,

After you've expressed your thoughts and your feelings.

Now you're going to go ahead and send them love and compassion.

And then you go ahead and you cut the cord that was attaching you.

And as you cut the cord,

You notice that they begin to fade.

They just fade away.

Completely fading away until they disappear completely.

And you notice once he's faded away,

A part of your anger inside of you has faded away too.

That anger has gotten smaller.

And this feels good.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you begins to show up more.

Begins to grow.

It has room to breathe and wiggle.

To give,

To receive.

There's an opening for it.

And then you go ahead and you cut the cord that was attaching you.

And as you cut the cord,

You notice that they begin to fade away.

Completely fading away until they disappear completely.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

And you notice as the anger gets smaller,

The love inside of you has faded away too.

Very well.

Now notice inside you how much your anger has shrunk and disappeared.

And you can go ahead because your love has expanded so much by now,

You can ask the love within you if any anger is remaining within you.

For the love to go ahead and remove it now,

To push it out.

And as it does,

You notice that the rest of that anger just flops out,

Comes out and begins to fully disappear.

And now you're vibrating with love and compassion and understanding and acceptance and knowing that you are now ready to walk through life with love and compassion and letting that be the emotions that lead you.

And you call out to the universe,

You're now ready,

You're ready to receive your soulmate.

You're ready to receive incredible friends,

Knowing that you are ready for balanced and equal relationships.

That you have now created space in your life,

In your heart,

In your body,

In your mind,

In your soul to accept relationships that are incredible.

And that you can continue to be an incredible friend,

Lover and receive all of this back.

And you let all of this soak into you.

And this feels really good.

You put your hand on your heart,

You feel your heart beating.

And you know from this point forward,

Anytime you need to be reminded of that love,

The vibration of love and compassion and understanding is vibrating through you.

You can go ahead and place your hand on your heart and remember that you are made of love.

Love is always within you and love can be your choice.

And anger can come to visit,

Tell you what it needs to tell you and then love can encourage it to move on.

Whenever you're ready,

Go ahead and open your eyes.

Notice how different the world looks around you.

Notice what it's like to look at the world through the eyes of love.

This feels really good.

Very,

Very well done.

Do this visualization as often as you need to.

You can do it once a day for a couple weeks and then just have it here whenever you need it.

This was emotion for me, especially when I bury my anger. But burying it doesn’t help, because it just trickles out of me here and there in little bursts, like a hot tea kettle releasing steam once in a while. This was a great guided experience to help me let out a long sigh of it. I expect to do this quite a bit before I fully cool but I am enjoying this. Thank you for this audio.
