Pause,

Relax and open.

To pause make yourself comfortable wherever you are.

Bring your attention to the body.

Soften your shoulders.

Relax your jaw.

Bring your awareness to the belly.

Softening.

And down into your feet.

Shift from doing to being here.

Just being who you are.

Pause.

Give yourself the permission to do nothing.

Relax.

Notice how the chair or the floor carries you.

And let yourself be carried.

Let go of controlling and fixing,

Trying to get somewhere.

Just being here.

Notice how this moment happens by itself.

And explore what happens if you don't add to it and if you don't try to take anything away.

Allow this moment to be just as it is.

Open.

Expand your awareness into your surroundings.

Listen to the sounds.

Open your eyes and look around.

Listen to the boundarylessness of this moment.

Relax into the centerlessness of your own being.

Notice yourself as an open system.

Deeply connected.

And the kindness and care you carry in your heart.

And from that kindness and easygoing,

Continue to act in the world.
