In this meditation I invite you to discover your wholeness.
I invite you to discover that you are complete right now,
That you have everything you need to be in peace.
You discover wholeness through experiencing the simple feeling of just being,
Just being here,
A non-verbal inner knowing that you always experience,
But often you are not aware of it.
Start by making yourself comfortable,
Either sitting or lying down,
And give yourself the permission to do nothing.
Become aware of how the surface you are resting upon is perfectly carrying you.
Notice how each layer of your body is perfectly supported,
And let yourself be carried.
Paying your attention to your surroundings,
The sensation of the air on your skin,
And the sounds.
Allow this moment to be what it is.
With the next in breath,
Slide with your awareness from the head down into your body,
Into the whole body,
Down into your feet and legs,
Your pelvis,
Your belly,
Your chest and shoulders,
Your arms and your hands,
Your neck and your head.
With each out breath,
Release some of the unnecessary tension you carry,
Softening,
Softening in the belly,
Softening in the chest,
Softening in the shoulders,
Softening in your face.
With the in breath,
Attending,
Befriending,
With the out breath,
Letting go by letting be.
You can let go now.
You are safe.
You can let go now.
Of course thoughts continue to arise.
That's okay.
And if you notice that you are fused,
That you get carried away by your thoughts,
Allow yourself to drop back into your belly,
Into your hands.
Just being.
Just being yourself.
Being yourself be.
From birth and throughout every moment of your life,
Being is a quite background presence that's always with you,
But that can go unnoticed until it's directly pointed out.
Take a few moments now to feel back through your life and notice how the feeling of being has always been with you.
Notice how the feeling of being is something that you directly experience,
Something that is beyond your ability to describe with words.
Notice the radiance of just being,
Of just being alive,
Of just being aware.
Imagine your own vastness,
Where you are most deeply yourself.
Beyond roles and gender.
Beyond memories and fears,
Just being.
Being and experiencing yourself as being,
When you are just being,
How would you describe your experience of where you are located in space?
Where for instance is your innermost center and outermost boundary?
When you are just being,
Do you have a distinct border or boundary?
Rest as just being.
When you are just being without going into thinking or memory,
What's your experience of time?
Rest in just being.
You can let go now.
You are safe.
When you are just being,
Is there anything that you need to acquire that will make you any better or more perfect than you already are as being?
Rest as just being.
You can let go now.
When you are just being,
Is there anything you need to understand that would make you any more connected than you already are as being?
Rest as just being.
You can let go now.
You are safe.
When you are just being,
Is there anything you need to do that by accomplishing it would make you any more complete than you already are as being?
Rest as just being.
You can let go now.
Notice how just being is happening by itself.
Nothing needs to be added or taken away.
You can relax.
You can let go now.
Notice the radiance of just being.
The spacious presence in which this moment happens.
Could you allow yourself to rest as just being?
Nothing to do.
Nothing to understand.
Nothing else to do.
You can let go now.
When you find yourself hooked by a storyline,
That's fine.
And you can allow yourself to drop back into just being.
Doing nothing.
Allowing.
Letting go by letting be.
Notice how in just being there are no boundaries.
Through nothing and everything.
Just in just being this gentleness.
Love.
How wonderful.
Everything happens by itself.
You can let go now.
You are safe.
When your eyes are closed now,
Gently open them.
Open them and look around.
Include the sight into just being.
Notice the connectedness with just being with this,
Which is a connectedness with everything and everyone.
Stay connected with just being.
And allow movements to arise.
And when you now start to do what you need to do,
Remember there is also just being always effortless.
