To start allow yourself to settle down in a comfortable position.

Just let your body find a way to be in balance with gravity.

Then take a few deep breaths with a sense of letting go with the out-breath.

This meditation is an annotation for you to explore how it is to simply let this moment be as it is.

To simply allow everything just as it is.

To let yourself be just as you are.

To let your thoughts,

Your feelings,

The sensation in your body just be.

And whatever is going on in your surroundings,

Just let it be.

Can you let this moment simply be just as it is?

Whatever is present,

You don't need to change it.

You don't need to add to it.

Neither do you need to take away.

Just being in this moment in the most simple way possible.

Letting everything to happen.

Letting everything to be as it is.

Recognizing that all your thoughts and your feelings,

The sounds you hear,

Are easily accommodated and still there is vastness.

Whatever arises just calls for your presence.

And that presence is effortless.

How wonderful everything happens by itself.

How wonderful everything happens by itself.

How wonderful everything happens by itself.

Whatever is there,

Discomfort or peace,

Restlessness or stillness,

It all has the same taste for us.

And there is nothing to do for you.

There is no further to go.

Just by allowing everything to happen.

Let go of any idea of who you are.

Letting go of your name and your roles by looking through them.

Dare to spend this time not knowing who you are.

Recognize that you never did.

Allow yourself to be open and receptive.

And all sense of boundaries fall away.

Be available for this moment.

With no idea of who you are or what you are.

Let go of any idea of who you are.

Resting and not knowing who and where you are.

Letting go of any idea of who you are.

Resting in the centerless center.

Resting in the centerless center.

The coreless core.

The groundless ground.

Not knowing nobody and everything.

Being here.

Not knowing where here is.

Letting this moment be just as it is.

And letting go of any idea of who you are.

Letting this moment be just as it is.

Exactly as it is.

And letting go of any idea of who you are or what you are and where you are.

And then towards the end of this meditation,

If you have closed your eyes,

Just gently open them and look around.

And allow all sense of boundaries to fall away.

All this is your body.
