Hi,

Dear friend.

I'm Stephanie.

And the next 60 seconds,

One minute,

Is all about you.

Find a comfortable chair or perhaps lying down and let the eyelids close.

Place your hands on your heart,

Right hand and left on top,

And feel as the heart is pumping blood out to all of your extremities and back.

And the breath flows freely,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Unclench your teeth,

Lower your shoulders,

And gently turn in for a moment.

As the eyelids start to open again,

Fluttering,

Open your eyes with a sense of release and calm and peace for the rest of your day.
