It's important to take care of the body both inside and out. This meditation will allow you the time to hear the breath and feel the beating of the heart and appreciate all that your body does for you. Affirm your truth -- you are healthy.

Hi,

Dear friend.

I'm Stephanie.

Thank you for taking time for yourself.

These next few moments are precious.

This is a time for you to reflect inward.

Time to take care of your body and mind from the inside.

I will end this session giving you time to experience this inner peacefulness.

As we begin,

Lie on your back and if you choose to,

Allow your eyelids to begin to close,

Resting the eyes and releasing the facial features.

Let's begin by finding the breath.

Don't try to change the pace you are breathing.

Just listen to the inhale and exhale and hear where you are in this moment.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Gently lay your hand over your heart and let's take a moment to feel the heart beating.

This incredible muscle is pumping blood to every part of your body.

It's amazing how strong this involuntary muscle really is.

Stay here for a moment and experience the miracle of your body with the lungs pumping the breath in and out and the heart beating as it's circulating blood throughout the body from head to toe.

Feel your heart beating.

Listen to your breath.

As you become more relaxed,

Notice the body feeling softer and lighter.

Notice that you are releasing all that tension into perhaps a mat that you're lying on or the bed.

And then notice how the spine begins to ease as though one vertebra at a time begins to soften and release any tension.

This time is for you.

It's for you to let go of stress and relinquish all responsibility to anyone and anything.

It is a time to clear the mind and give your brain and body the rest it needs,

The rest it deserves.

You are now completely in control of you and just you.

Breathing freely,

Finding your inner strength and taking this time to recharge,

To refocus,

To regroup.

You are only one person and you deserve this moment.

This moment is all about taking care of yourself.

You are strong.

You are healthy.

You are whole.

You can repeat with me.

I am strong.

I am healthy.

I am whole.

I am strong.

I am strong.

I am healthy.

I am whole.

In this moment,

Recognize your inner wisdom and your inner beauty.

You may stay here for as long as you need to.

Take comfort in the quiet setting.
