Let's have a moment together to just let everything that is happening right now simply be. Take a moment with me to let yourself rest as you are in this moment and become present with Beingness. What if you don't need to do anything in this moment? What if you could just rest as you are right now and be ENOUGH exactly as you are? This practice allows for your whole body to relax and restabilize as coherence, in a regulated nervous system. We are deeply in need of this kind of mindfulness, so that we can take a breath and remember who it is we truly are. This is a moment to take a breath; to ease anxiety, stress, overwhelm, numbness - so that you can rest in a moment of enoughness, where you can just simply be, just as you are right now and have that be enough.
