In this meditation, we find our relaxed state of openness, we connect to the ground and sky and allow ourselves to tune into the frequency of the heart. You are invited to listen deeply to the energy in the heart space to receive guidance and direction from your own inner knowing. Chimes signal when the meditation is coming to a close.

Let's begin.

Let's find that position in your body where you feel like there's no pressure,

No effort required.

If you're sitting tall,

You may wish to create a pillar with your spine,

Creating a conduit for the energy to flow.

Allow your body to soften.

Allow your energy to soften.

Allow your breath to slow.

Allow your breath to deepen.

Notice your nostrils as you breathe in the air.

Noticing your nostrils as you exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

In.

Out.

Breathing in calm.

Breathing out peace.

Just allowing your breathing to return to its normal rate and depth.

Noticing your chest rise and fall.

Noticing your rib cage expand and contract.

Noticing your lungs inflate and deflate.

Bringing the awareness into the heart.

Can you feel your heart beating?

Can you feel your blood moving through your body?

Can you feel the surface of your skin?

The center of your bones?

Can you feel the tips of your toes?

Your earlobes?

The ends of your hair?

Can you feel your forehead?

Your throat?

Your heart?

Your solar plexus?

Your low belly?

The very bottom of your spine?

Keeping your awareness at the very bottom of your spine?

I invite you to slowly,

Very slowly,

Begin to shift the awareness up along the back body.

Just as though moving through this center channel of energy,

Bring your awareness so slowly up through the stomach,

Up through the chest,

Up through the shoulders,

The back of the neck,

Up through the forehead space,

And out through the top of the head.

Noticing that space at the top of the head.

Perhaps noticing the hair follicles.

Letting the scalp widen.

Feel the body let go and releasing.

Listen to your body now,

This deep state of relaxation and openness.

I invite you to imagine drawing in breath from the bottom of your spine all the way up to the top of the head.

Then breathing it back down to the bottom of the spine.

Using the breath to connect and clear your energetic pathways.

Allowing your body to experience the sensation of deep stillness that exists outside of our human beings.

This deep soul stillness.

As you breathe in the earth's energy,

Feel that flow of energy moving through the earth,

Connecting you to the ground.

That strong,

Stable support of energy.

Knowing as you breathe in the earth's energy how connected you are.

Notice how in your body,

How stable and strong you feel.

How resilient and supported you are.

I'll take a moment to really appreciate this deep connection with the earth.

There's so much ancient wisdom,

So much time.

There's so much we can learn through this connection with the earth.

And when we place our awareness here and really notice the energy exchange that's happening,

It really helps to establish this connection as we move through our day.

Let's just take some time here really feeling that flow of energy from the earth into the body.

This connection with the earth really supports our confidence,

Our stability and our groundedness.

But when we remember that we are grounded,

That we are part of something larger,

It's time to speak up for yourself.

When you feel your body is full of this grounded energy,

Let's allow ourselves to shift our focus into the heart space.

Taking a breath in,

Feeling the heart space expand.

Just imagining in the heart space a small light that grows with each inhalation,

With each breath intended for the heart space.

Breathing in,

Feeling that light expand.

Through our entire energetic experience,

Our heart holds the compass.

Our heart knows the way.

In working with the heart and learning to truly understand what the heart conveys,

We learn to give ourselves the ability to step away from thought form energy and into our truth.

And as we align ourselves with the energy of the heart and with the earth,

We find ourselves slowing,

We find the pace of life slowing.

We find ourselves stepping into the flow of life,

Experiencing ease and witnessing miracles.

In this moment,

Let's set the intention to allow our hearts to lead us.

Let's allow our hearts to speak to us and for us to hear our heart.

To be able to create the stillness where the heart can speak.

Feeling very alive and alert and awake in the heart space.

Feeling heart full,

Let's allow ourselves to bring the awareness to the top of the head.

And using this beautiful grounding energy and heart energy and carrying that through up through the center line of the body and focusing in the crown.

Let's place our awareness in that space just above the top of the head and see what the energy here feels like.

Noticing any tingling,

Opening,

Widening.

Just noticing in this moment anything in this space.

Perhaps in this moment you notice white light energy filtering down toward you.

Connecting this conduit of energy through your body.

Allowing yourself to connect to this energy force that is creative and filled with infinite potential limitless possibility.

And bring that light energy down into the heart space and feel yourself completed,

Balanced,

Inspired and heart centered.

Feeling the sensation of being in your truest form,

Your natural energetic state supported.

Supported by the energy from below and above you.

Just feel this wonderful state of optimal health in this moment.

How your body is fully supported and cared for.

And just allow yourself to be here to recharge to restore.

Noticing perhaps if your heart has wisdom to share.

Allowing yourself to be at whatever level you have,

To be able to maintain this brackets connected presence through your mind and body.

Feeling your body recharged,

Restored,

In balance and grounded.

I invite you to begin to bring your awareness back into your physical body and back into your space.

Finding any small subtle movements into the body,

Wailing fingers,

Toes shifting,

Stretching.

And then when you're ready,

Allowing your eyes to flutter open,

Joining me back in the space.
