Let's begin.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable way to be in the body.
A way where your body feels wholly and completely supported by whatever's below it.
And as you find your way into this position,
Allowing the eyes to close,
The gaze to turn inward.
Let's bring the awareness to the sensation of the eyelids touching,
Lashes brushing up against one another,
The air on the tip of the nose,
Where your tongue feels resting in your mouth.
Noticing the place where your body meets the surface below it.
And maybe noticing now the weight of your body where it is.
Tuning into that sensation of being magnetically held to the earth.
The force that holds us here is both gentle and strong.
Taking a moment to let the body settle.
And maybe you notice right away what happens when we invite the body to settle.
Maybe you feel your cheeks soften,
Your shoulder blades drift downward.
Maybe you sense that opening through the heart space,
Broadening in the chest.
Maybe you notice the way the belly softens,
Hips open.
Letting the body know that in this moment it's done.
There's nothing to do,
Nowhere to be other than exactly where you are.
There are no problems that need solving.
There are no worries that need to be carried.
The only requirement placed upon the body in this moment is simply to be where it is.
Bringing the awareness to the breath,
Breathing softness into the body.
Breathing in softening energy and breathing out any tension from inside the body.
Breathing in softness,
Releasing tension.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
I allow my body to be where it is.
I activate my energy body.
Let's become aware now of that central line,
That channel that flows right through the center of the body.
See if you can feel that energy.
Feel the bottom at the base of the spine,
The extension that flows through the earth,
That grounding cord,
That energetic tether that we carry with us at all times.
Bringing the awareness up to the top of the head.
We're feeling the energy here.
What is the energy like at the top of the head?
Let's extend the awareness up into the space above the top of the head,
Connecting to sky energy.
We can imagine the sky energy flowing down the center of your energetic being all the way down into the earth.
As we flow this energy down through the body allows us to release.
We created space in the vehicle by allowing the body to be held by the earth.
Now we create space in our energetic being to release what isn't serving us in this moment.
Perhaps there's stuck energy or a thought or a belief that doesn't resonate with the current state of being.
Let's allow that energy to flow right through us,
Right into the ground,
Creating this strong and deep connection.
When we release energy to the earth,
When we create this connection,
We're expressing our trust in the earth,
Asking the earth for assistance.
The more we establish ourselves on the earth,
Connected and grounded,
The more we experience the energy of the earth in our everyday,
Slow peaceful earth energy.
Let's bring the awareness now to the heart.
Letting energy flow passively through your center line,
Feeling in this moment that grounded,
Connected space,
And breathing into the heart.
As we breathe through the heart from the back of the body toward the front,
Let's allow ourselves to be in that quiet space,
Space in the center of the heart,
Allowing yourself to be quiet.
I am grounded to the earth.
I flow energy through my body.
I release what isn't mine.
From wherever you are,
Wherever you've landed,
Let's begin to bring our awareness back into the body,
Back into the space you occupy.
