Hey,

Need a break?

I invite you to take a few moments for yourself.

Mute your phone,

Your computer.

Try to switch off whatever could disturb you.

You can keep sitting on your chair.

Breathe.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Softly close your eyes.

Let both feet feel the ground.

Connect to the earth.

Breathe into your feet.

Ground them.

Are you sitting with your hip grounded in the chair?

Or can you sink a bit more into it?

And in the same time strengthen your spine.

Maybe straighten your arms up to the sky.

Stretch yourself.

Give your body some more space.

Space to breathe.

Bring your arms down again.

And breathe deeply into your belly.

And completely breathe out of your mouth.

Breathe in again deeply.

And release through the mouth.

Breathe in again.

Let your whole body be filled with air.

And breathe out.

Now bring your palms together.

Rub them against each other to create some heat.

Bring your palms over your closed eyes.

Feel the warmth.

And gently open your eyes.

Release your hand.

And take another deep breath in.

And out.

Are you ready to return?
