Welcome to this guided affirmation EFT (tapping) session on making decisions for when we might feel stuck, unsure or lacking trust in ourselves. Join me in a calm relaxing session to help us move forward when it’s time to choose a path. Feel free to repeat the affirmations and tap along with me, or you can just listen and absorb the energy. This is Stefania,
And welcome to Empowering Our Choices,
Making Decisions With More Confidence.
Making decisions for when we might feel stuck,
Unsure,
Or lacking trust in ourselves.
It could be a small matter,
It could be a big matter,
But often we do have an idea of what we're going to do to handle that situation.
But this Affirmation,
Positive Affirmations,
EFT,
Emotional Freedom Technique,
Or Tapping,
Adventure,
Is for those times when we feel overwhelmed and we don't know what to do.
We know what our options could be,
But we can't see the forest for the trees.
Confusion or fear is just stopping us.
Let's affirm that we can be guided to make the kind of decision that's going to be in the best case for the highest good of all concerned.
And if it's something that just concerns us,
Let's just visualize that this session is going to help open the best way for us,
Moving forward in a positive way.
We can always change direction later if need be.
This decision is not going to be carved in stone,
But it will get us moving.
And that's what we want.
Let's begin our Affirmations.
Just quiet yourself first.
Take a few deep breaths if you need to.
And if you don't,
Just quiet yourself,
Your mind,
For a moment.
Now,
Let's begin.
I'll say the Affirmations,
And you can repeat them after me out loud,
Or you can do it in your head,
Or you can just listen.
Whatever suits you best.
Positive Affirmations for positive decision-making.
I trust myself to make the right choice.
I allow clarity to guide me now.
I am capable of making good decisions.
I choose with confidence and calm.
I don't need to know everything to move forward.
I give myself permission to decide.
Every choice,
Every choice that I make helps me grow.
I release fear and welcome clarity.
I am grounded and wise.
I trust the process of life.
I listen to my inner guidance.
I make space for the right answer to come.
I can always course-correct if needed.
I'm doing my best,
And that is enough.
My next step is becoming clear.
I have the power to choose.
I release overthinking and welcome peace.
I am learning to trust myself more each day.
My heart and mind are aligned.
I choose progress over perfection.
And those are our affirmations.
Now,
If any of those affirmations resonate with you more than others,
Maybe you want to write them down,
Journal on them,
Or put them on a card,
Put it under your pillow,
In your pocket,
In your handbook,
Just somewhere you can get a hold of it whenever you need or want to see it.
Affirmations can work with repetition.
They can work just saying them as we are now,
But reminders are very powerful and very helpful.
Now let's move on to the next part.
Let's do some tapping.
Emotional Freedom Technique,
EFT.
It's tapping on different meridians in our body.
It helps to free up energy.
It helps us to open ourselves,
To move forward,
To progress,
To feel better,
To sometimes get answers that we're looking for.
So first,
Let us go over the points and then we will begin.
If while doing this tapping,
And you've not done it before,
And finding the different points gets a bit troublesome,
Then just say or think the words and don't worry about the typing.
Or you can just tap on the side of your hand throughout the whole process.
Let's make it easy.
Okay.
First point is the side of your hand,
Tapping with your dominant hand.
This is called the karate chop point.
Second point,
The eyebrow,
The inner part of your eyebrow.
Third point,
The side of your eye.
Fourth point,
Under your eye.
Fifth point,
Under your nose.
Sixth point,
The chin,
That little dip just on top of the chin.
Seventh point,
Collarbone.
Not necessarily on the collarbone,
Just a little bit underneath it.
Next point is under the arm,
Your side.
And the last point is the top of the head.
Don't worry if you don't remember them,
I will call them out as we go through them.
First,
We're going to say what is called a setup phrase.
We're going to say it three times.
If you like,
And I'm tapping even as I'm doing this explanation,
If you like,
You can think to yourself,
How do I feel about what I'm getting ready to tap on?
Making decisions.
On a scale of one to ten.
Ten,
Totally stressed,
I cannot make a decision to save my life.
One,
I can do it,
But I'm just doing this tapping to reinforce it.
And you might find by the time we finish this tapping,
Your number has gone down from ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Whatever it was when you started.
Let us tap,
Side of the hand,

I choose to trust myself anyway.
Even though I feel stuck,

Eyebrow,
Inner eyebrow.
I feel unsure right now.

I'm afraid of getting it wrong.
Under the nose.
What if I make the wrong move?
Chin.
This indecision feels heavy.
Collarbone.
I don't want to mess it up.
Under the arm.
I feel stuck and overwhelmed.
Top of the head.
But I'm open to a new way of deciding.
I can take a deep breath and slow down.
Side of the eye.
It's okay not to have all the answers right now.
Under the eye.
I'm learning to trust myself more.
Tapping under your nose.
Every decision helps me grow.
Your chin,
Just above your chin,
The little dip.
It's safe to choose now.
Collarbone.
Clarity is coming to me.
Under your arm.
I am capable of making wise decisions.
And the top of your head.
I choose to feel calm and confident about my next step.
Okay,
Back to our eyebrows,
The inner eyebrows.
I trust my inner wisdom.
Let's open the door to strength,
To believe in ourselves,
In our power,
In our intuition.
Side of the eye.

I don't have to be perfect to move forward.
Under the nose.
I'm doing the best I can.
Chin.
I allow peace to guide my decision.

I am ready to act with courage.

I'm free from fear and full of clarity.

The crown.
I trust myself and the path I choose.
Stop tapping for a moment.

Even though that was a short time.

It's not a problem.
