
Recondition Your Subconscious Mind With Prayer & Mantra

I want to talk to you about something that has been really,
Really powerful for me.
I think that many of you might find really helpful on your healing and growth journey.
So this is about how we can subconsciously recondition our mind through things like prayer,
Mantra,
And positive affirmation.
So if you feel like you're practicing these things,
Prayer,
Mantra,
Gratitude,
Affirmations,
And they're not really working for you,
I think this is for you.
Your unconscious mind is the part of you that is acting and creating and behaving and doing things unconsciously.
And there might be results that are happening in your life because of it that are frustrating you.
And maybe you know your history,
You know where you've come from,
You know what you've been through,
You've gone to therapy,
You've talked about it,
But these patterns are still there.
Coming about,
Likely because there is some sort of belief or thought pattern or something happening in you unconsciously.
So through prayer,
Through mantra,
Through gratitude,
Through positive affirmation,
We are free.
Reconditioning our subconscious mind.
So that's what I want to put out to you today.
What,
What do you want to be conditioning yourself into?
And it doesn't have to be that you fully feel it in your body,
But imagine you're speaking to a part of yourself that has been fed all kinds of garbage,
All kinds of lies,
All kinds of things that aren't true,
That are manifesting and coming about in your life right now that aren't serving you.
And you've just been kind of pushed and swayed about,
And now you're going to take,
Driver's wheel and you're gonna start.
Feeding your conscious and subconscious mind messages that are in alignment with what you believe.
First understanding that you might not feel that these things are true.
But some part of you knows that they are.
So that's the part of you that you're speaking to.
So it can look as simple as.
You are loved.
I love you.
You are loved.
I am here for you.
I'm not going anywhere.
What do you need?
I've got you.
That might be something that you've really needed to hear in your subconscious mind.
You are valuable and worthy of love exactly as you are.
Right?
And you're speaking again to that subconscious part.
This is a part where inner child work might come in for you enough to hear what you wanted to hear as a child and what you needed,
The attention,
The things that you need.
And now you get to step in and you get to be the conscious mom or the conscious dad that you didn't have growing up.
And you get to speak to that young and hurt part of yourself or the unconscious part of yourself that's maybe acting out.
I love you.
I see you.
I'm here for you.
What do you need?
Or if you're like praying to God who lives within you,
Say something like.
.
.
Change me into one who can fully love,
Forgive,
And accept myself so I can carry your light without restriction.
May I know my own beauty,
Value and worthiness without question.
These are beautiful prayers,
Beautiful mantras,
Beautiful things to be speaking to yourself and you're requesting from within.
Read a request from within yourself that these things come forth.
Let whatever needs to go,
Go.
Let whatever needs to come,
Come.
So we're not speaking anything from a falseness.
We're not saying,
Please make me rich.
Please make me happy.
We're not.
Making demands.
What we're doing is we're speaking loving truth back into ourselves where maybe we haven't received those things before.
And I hope that that lands for you in a way that feels like much more grounded and true for you.
And what might be true for you,
A mantra,
A prayer,
An affirmation,
A bit of gratitude,
Isn't what it's going to look like for someone else.
Just recognize what are some of the messages that you've been fed in your life and what are some new messages that you want to feed yourself?
And just imagine like you're just feeding yourself some new messages.
And like I talked about this in another talk recently,
Where your attention goes,
Your life flows.
So we're not trying to force out the bad thoughts,
The bad behaviors,
All that stuff.
What we're doing is we're inviting in something new.
Okay,
May you stay with yourself today and always.
