This is part two of the calm and moisturize routine.
I will be using a facial reflexology tool like this one.
If you do not have a tool,
You can use your finger.
If you have jewelry on,
Take your jewelry off.
If you want to pull your hair back.
You can pull it back into a ponytail or use a hair clip.
It's best to do these routines on clear,
Dry skin.
You really don't need to do anything special for this routine.
You can do it anytime,
Anywhere.
Start with your hand over your heart.
Taking a few deep breaths in and out.
We're going to start right here at the top of the forehead.
We're just to do about 10 to 20 circles.
10 to 12 to 20,
Whatever feels good.
In any direction.
You can go clockwise or counterclockwise.
Nice,
Easy,
Pressure,
Nothing,
Hard,
We're not.
Pressing into heart.
Just breathing in and out.
Okay,
And then we're gonna bring it down here.
We're actually gonna do up and down right here between the eyes.
I know I carry a lot of tension right here.
Hmm,
Just feels really nice,
Nice,
Gentle,
Easy,
Soft.
Okay,
And then I'm gonna lean in for this,
The next spot.
We're gonna come right here next to the nose.
It's not up here in the fold,
And it's not down here.
It's right here on the side of the nose,
And then we're gonna come over right underneath the eye.
Do our circles there.
A lot of these acupressure points in the face are connected to our internal organs.
Our muscle tissue,
Our ligaments,
Everything in the body,
Our nervous system,
Endocrine system.
Heart.
Blood flow.
Okay,
And then we're gonna come over here right down halfway between on this fold,
We're gonna just do this little spot right in here.
Okay and then the same as this spot we're going to do on this other cheek.
I'm going to come right here to the side of the nose,
Over,
Right underneath the eye.
You don't need to push too hard,
Just really gentle.
Really,
Really gentle.
Breathing in and out,
Imagining oxygenating.
Your body.
Toning your internal organs.
Beautiful okay and then we're going to come over here again along this folds on the face,
We're going to do this little spot.
On both sides.
Breathing in and out.
We'll come to the other side and do this side.
Same spot over here.
All right,
And then we're going to come down here.
The spot like it's like kind of almost on the jawline on the side of the chin.
That's a great routine to do with a short prayer guided meditation.
I have several.
Here that you can listen to while you do this routine.
Once you have it memorized.
Okay,
We'll go over to the other side,
Do that same spot on this side.
Hmm.
Feel so nice.
Very good.
And then we're going to go set this in.
Go down and up and down and up,
Down and up around the ear.
Down the front and around the back.
Both sides.
Do you feel calm and moisturized?
I hope so.
I do.
I definitely do.
All right.
I love to do this along the ear too.
The back of the ear,
Done.
Pull on those ear lobes.
Just real gentle.
So lovely.
Thank you for doing that with me.
Do it at night,
Do it in the morning,
Do it in your car.
You can do this anytime,
Anywhere.
All right.
I'm Jessica Amos.
Until next time,
May you stay with yourself today and always.
