Greetings,
Beautiful soul.
Thank you for showing up for yourself today,
For creating space for this practice.
Take a moment to center yourself,
Finding a comfortable position,
Either lying in Shavasana or seated with your back supported,
Straight and tall.
Ensure that you will not be disturbed.
While you are readying yourself,
Consider for a moment what brought you here in this space,
At this moment.
The answer should have risen almost immediately to your conscious mind.
Maybe it was a decision based on resolution,
To be more aligned,
More focused,
More balanced.
Maybe it was a decision to make space for yourself and your wellness.
Just for a moment,
Be curious about where in your body that decision rests.
Sometimes we hold our energy and our needs in our physical body.
Even upon awakening,
We've carried those needs,
Resolutions,
And energies with us into a new day.
And now in a ready position,
Can you be curious about where in your body you feel the need for more alignment,
More focus,
Or more balance?
Where in your physical body does the need to create more space lie?
Placing your full attention on that space,
Let's breathe into it deeply,
Allowing the belly to fill with air for a count of three,
Two,
Three,
Holding for two seconds,
And release through the mouth,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Repeat the inhale for one,
Two,
Three,
Hold for two,
And release,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Feel your shoulders fall away from your ears with each exhale.
And repeating one last time,
Let the belly fill with air,
Two,
Three,
Holding for two,
And exhale.
Know that no matter your reason or need,
Just being is enough.
And at any time,
You can decide how you want to show up.
With this in the center of our hearts,
Place your hand over your physical heart center and set your sankopa or your intention for how you want to show up today.
Say your intention three times quietly in your mind.
Breathe deeply into the manifestation of that intention.
And now see that intention as a light within your body.
And then filling your heart space with light with each inhale.
And now let's move that light throughout your whole body.
Allow the light to spread into the entire chest and down into the abdomen,
Pelvis,
Thighs,
Knees,
Lower legs,
Tops of the feet,
Toes,
Soles of both feet.
And let's cycle the energy back up from the soles of the feet into the top of the feet and the toes,
The ankles.
Allow it to rise into the lower legs,
The knees,
Thighs,
Pelvis,
Abdomen.
Deeply breathe in the light to fill your abdomen.
And then allow it to flow into your chest,
Your heart center.
Hold it in your heart center and repeat your intention here again.
How do you want to show up today?
And with that manifestation of your intention even stronger,
Allow it to rise into your neck,
Into your throat chakra.
And may you speak beauty into your intention,
Into how you want to show up in this day.
Allow the energy to flow down into your shoulders,
Arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Filling your palms all the way into all your fingertips.
Allow it to rise into your head,
Filling your face,
Your ears.
Repeat the energy around your eyes,
Your eyebrows,
Between the space of your eyebrows.
And hold the focus of your intention between the eyebrows.
How do I want to show up right now or today?
Allow that awareness to rise into the crown of your head.
And now with that light of your intention filling your entire body,
Observe the power of your intention.
Notice how easy it was for you to create the energy you deserve.
The power of purpose is activated in every cell of your body.
You are primed to receive everything in alignment with your best self.
And so it is.
Now bringing the awareness to your fingertips,
To your toes,
To your eyelids.
Begin to gently move your fingers and toes.
And when you are ready,
You may open your eyelids,
Taking a deep breath,
Filling your body with intention and moving forward with a breath of energy into showing up the way you have chosen in your practice today.
