Hello there little friend.

I know you've had a long day of doing all kinds of things,

But let's take a little moment just for you.

This is your time to slow down,

Feel peaceful and remember just how special you really are.

You can do this by sitting or lying down,

Whatever feels most comfy for you.

So I'm going to wait a few seconds for you to get comfortable sitting or lying down.

Very good.

Now take a deep breath in,

Filling your belly with air.

And slowly let it out.

Let's do that two more times together.

Breathe in,

Two,

Three,

Breathe out.

And one more time,

Slow and gentle,

Breathe in and blow it out like you're blowing out a candle.

Now place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Can you feel your breath moving in and out like a gentle wave in your tummy?

Your belly rises and falls just like the ocean.

Now imagine a warm golden light glowing in your heart.

It's your favorite color.

I want you to imagine that this light is kindness.

And guess what?

It's all yours.

This kindness lives inside of you always.

Now repeat quietly in your mind after me.

I am kind to myself.

I deserve love and care.

It's okay to make mistakes.

I can be gentle with myself.

As you say those words,

Now feel how warm your heart is,

Like a big cozy hug from the inside.

Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a big cozy hug.

You are doing something so powerful right now.

You're learning how to be a good friend to yourself.

Now imagine something kind you could do for yourself today.

Maybe it's drawing,

Resting,

Saying something nice to yourself,

Or even playing your favorite game.

Let it be your secret kindness mission for the day.

So before you go to do your secret kindness mission for yourself,

Let's take one last deep breath together.

Are you ready?

Deep breath in,

Let the belly get big and round,

And slowly let it go.

You are now filled with kindness and joy.

Let that kindness fill your face with a smile.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

You can keep smiling if you like,

Because you just did something super amazing.

You showed yourself love.

Thank you for being here,

Doing something kind for yourself,

And always remember that you can play this again whenever you need to take some time for you.
