Welcome to today's Evolve Beyond Limits meditation.
The meditation today is focused on releasing that which does not serve us.
In order for us to step into the highest version of ourselves,
We must let go of the things that are holding us back.
Those could be old stories,
Self-imposed limits,
Fears,
Whatever it may be,
If it's getting in your way,
Then we must find the time to release it.
Allow yourself to get comfortable,
Close your eyes.
You can sit with your back straight or lay down with your back straight.
Either way,
Whatever makes you most comfortable.
Once you're comfortable,
Start to pay attention to your breathing,
Paying attention to the inhale and the exhale.
Now I want you to start to deepen that breath,
Inhaling through your nose.
As you inhale,
I want you to gather any negative energy that might be within you,
Any fear,
Any worry,
Any anxiety,
Any impatience,
Any guilt,
Any shame.
With that deep inhale,
Collect it all.
With that cleansing exhale out of your mouth,
Allow it to let go.
You're going to do this two more times.
With that inhale,
Gather up any negative energy that you might be holding on to within your body.
Spend a little bit of extra time in the areas where you feel tension.
With that exhale,
Let it go.
Again,
Inhale and exhale and let it go.
Take a moment to relax into your body,
Relaxing through your feet,
Allowing your legs to relax,
Relaxing your hips and your lower back.
Relax your chest.
Allow your shoulders to relax,
Pulling them down away from your ears,
Allowing your arms to feel heavy,
Relaxing your fingers.
Relax your neck.
Allow your jaw to soften.
Relax that area right in between your eyes.
Just allow yourself to fully surrender into this moment.
You look down and you see the ground beneath your feet.
As you look up,
You see a mountain in front of you.
This is Dragon Mountain and you're being invited to start your climb.
You start to walk up the mountain one step at a time.
With every step,
You release some of your worldly concerns,
Leaving them for the mountain to sweep away for you.
You continue your climb up the mountain.
With the next step,
You see a ledge.
You climb into it and there's a cave in front of you.
This is the cave you've been looking for.
It's the cave of transformation.
As you step into the cave,
You don't need a light because the light that is within you is shining bright enough to illuminate your way.
You walk into the cave and in the distance,
You see a faint orange glow.
You continue to walk towards it and as you do,
It gets brighter and brighter and you realize that it's a fire.
Here is the element of transformation and it's here to help you do just that.
Beside the fire,
You see a pile of sticks.
You pick one up and you write on that stick what it is that you've been carrying around for too long that's been getting in your way from reaching your fullest potential.
You write it on the stick and when you're ready,
You toss it into the flame.
You pick up another stick and on this one,
You write your greatest fear.
The fear that stops you in your tracks from moving forward towards your soul path.
The fear that you believe has kept you safe until now but it has actually just stopped you from moving forward.
You write the fear down and when you're ready,
You toss it into the flames.
As you stand there,
You make a promise to yourself to not be found by these things any longer.
Now that you have released what is holding you back,
You allow to come forward that which you've been holding back.
This process allows you to take one step closer to your soul path,
Opening up a world of opportunity.
If there's anything else you'd like to leave in the cave of transformation that you'd like to give to the flames to transform,
You can do so now.
You thank the flames,
You thank your higher self for illuminating the way and you walk back towards the opening of the cave.
You step out and you start to travel back down the mountain.
You start to come back into your body,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Stretching out your neck.
Taking three more of those cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and whenever you feel ready,
You open your eyes.
