Today's meditation is all about letting go of all the limiting beliefs that have stopped us from reaching the life that we desire. Visualize your desires, sink into your heart and allow the emotions to manifest in front of you. Contemplate the reasons we have allowed ourselves to accept why this is not the life we deserve, on why we cannot reach them. It's time to let go of these and allow yourself to be your best self.

Welcome to today's Evolve meditation.

This meditation is all about tuning into your desires and also moving beyond your limiting beliefs.

The stories that we may have told ourselves for too long that have kept us from allowing our dreams and our desires to come true and come to fruition and truly manifest in our lives.

So before we get started,

Take a seat or lay down.

Allow yourself to get comfortable.

Feel free to close your eyes and start to tune out the external world.

Moving in to your body.

Noticing if it's telling you anything today.

Allow yourself to start to pay attention to your breathing.

Recognizing your breath for the life force it truly is.

Paying attention to the inhale and the exhale.

Knowing that each breath brings with it an opportunity for change and transformation.

I'm going to have you start to relax your body one body part at a time.

Starting with your toes,

Your feet and your ankles.

Allowing your legs to relax,

Your hips to soften.

Relaxing your lower back and your abdomen.

Allow your chest to rise and fall with the ease of the breath not forcing.

Relax your upper back,

Your shoulders.

Relaxing your arms and your hands and your fingers.

Relaxing your neck,

Softening your spine.

Allowing your face to soften,

Your jaw to unclench and that area right in between your eyebrows to release.

With the next breath you allow a sense of calm to rush over your entire body.

Surrendering fully into the moment.

You're going to take three deep breaths inhaling through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth.

And with each one of those breaths you sink a little deeper into that peace,

That calm,

Total surrender.

You're standing at the bottom of a staircase.

It's not just any staircase,

It's a spiral staircase made of beautiful gold and crystal.

You grab on to the handrail and you start to make your way up the staircase one step at a time.

You make your way to the top and you're looking out over a field.

You notice the amazing landscape.

The smells that are coming from the trees and the vegetation.

You feel the calm breeze on your face.

As you stand there you look up towards the sun and you take a moment to visualize the life that you desire.

You don't just see it,

You feel it.

You feel the emotions that your desires bring to you.

You sink into your heart and allow whatever it is that you truly desire to manifest in front of you.

You see this dream so vividly,

Such clarity,

Each and every detail of not only how it will look but how it will feel to bring that dream to life.

You hold that vision and that feeling.

You shift your eyes from the sun and you look beside you and there are three balloons waiting for you.

You notice the color and the shape of the balloons.

There's also a Sharpie.

You take one of the balloons and you write down one reason why you can't have the dreams that you desire.

You grab another balloon and on this balloon you write another reason why you are not worthy of having the dreams that you desire.

You grab the final balloon and on this one you write a third reason why you are incapable of having what you deserve and what you desire.

You look at the balloons and you look at the statements written on each one.

You recognize that these are just stories that have kept you safe.

They are stories that if you continue to hold on to will stop you from getting what you truly desire.

You send each of these statements love and compassion but it is time to let them go.

So now you let the three balloons go.

They float into the sky with every second they get further and further away.

You can barely see them now.

Even now they have disappeared forever.

You notice how you feel.

Any emotions that may pop up for you.

And you lean into them.

You take a deep breath and you start to walk back towards the spiral staircase.

Grabbing the handrail and making your way down one step at a time.

Once you reach the bottom you start to come back into your body wiggling your fingers and your toes stretching out your neck giving some yeses and some no's.

Taking three more of those cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and whenever you are ready you can open your eyes.
