This meditation was created for anyone who wants closeness and feels anxious or overwhelmed when they get it. If you find yourself pulling away from the people you love, feeling trapped by intimacy, or afraid of being abandoned even when things are going well, this session is for you. In this guided session, you will move through a full-body relaxation, a deepening countdown, and affirmations and visualizations designed to help your nervous system learn that closeness is safe, that you are worthy of love, and that you can be fully yourself inside a relationship. For best results, listen daily for at least 21 days. Repetition is what allows these new patterns to take root, giving your subconscious mind time to build a new sense of safety around closeness. You are already worthy of love. You just have to be willing to feel something new. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and let's begin.
