
10 Min Stress Relief With Breathwork And Sound Healing
A 10-minute meditation combining 5 minutes of guided breathwork with 5 minutes of sound healing. Release stress, calm the mind, and restore balance with breath and vibration. The breathing exercise is a simple breath retention exercise. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 2 counts, and release for 8 counts. Deep, long breathing helps to calm the mind and relax the nervous system. Practice with your eyes open or closed. Practice lying down or sitting down. But best practiced sitting up straight with eyes closed. Just keep breathing. This is combined with 5 minutes of sound healing music so that you can practice this breathing exercise on your own for an additional 5 minutes. Just keep breathing until the music stops. Deep long breaths. You will eventually feel very calm and very energised. Please ensure there is good air flow in your room when you are practicing breathing exercises.
